    Thanks for sharing this recipe, I just finished it and the whole crew is licking fingers for seconds, it came out 100% correct 1st shot, I live 2 blocks from the terminal market and I get all items on Dr Sebis food list. Stay healthy. Sorry this cheese is ridiculous.

    I have been making a different version of this. I saute bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes together and basil, oregano, onion powder, and salt. Cook it down, strain juices, add juices to blender with one avocado, juice of key lime and blend. Sometimes I add another avocado if I need it thicker, or add spring water to thin.
    I used chickpea pasta, add veggies, pour on sauce and wallah lol. It's so good!!!!!

    I seen this video and went straight home, and with my wife, we made this dish. Thank you so much for this dish. My family loves it! Think it even trumps the Macaroni and Cheese dish we got from you. Quick and very filling. Had to repost again because we made it for dinner the next night as well, at my wife's request. It was even better the 2nd time around. This truly is an AWESOME dish. It's on my family's weekly Alkaline menu!

      Thank you very much, so happy to hear your family loves it! This is another one of our favorite recipes because it's so easy and yummy and like you said filling. As for the Macaroni and Cheese we haven't made that yet, so it must be another alkaline chefs recipe you tried. However we do have one in the works and it will be good once we perfect it. Thank you so much again :)

    That is just wonderful.I know that its alfredo but when I do mine I still wanna blend 6-8 tomatoes to go in the frying pan with the other goodies until its topped with the alfredo sauce to make the alfredo seem thicker.Thanks for all the great recipes.You should add a paypal donation link to all these type of your videos to help with future recipes.Much love.

    Thank you so much! I tried making this meal and I thought it wasn't going to be great, because my cheese sauce looked a little gritty, and I thought that would be the texture in my mouth, but it was great. It was very delicious and easy to make. This will definitely be one of my go to meals. I was wondering if, you can try to create a peach cobbler? I've been thinking about one lately.

    • @BlendedAbode
      @BlendedAbode  7 років тому +1

      Thank you very much. This is also one of my go to meals, because it quick for the family and filling. I have cobbler written down to try and make. So it may be in a future video if I like the way it turns out.

    BLENDED ABODE SHOW is it alright to cook with organic pasta shells?

    • @BlendedAbode
      @BlendedAbode  5 років тому

      Yes. If your follow Dr. Sebi's list just be sure the pasta is made from one of the grains on the list. Then be sure to check ingredients to make sure there is nothing else in it.

    I’m trying to learn to like mushrooms, never had Brazil nuts so I’m so nervous to try this but it looks really good.

    • @BlendedAbode
      @BlendedAbode  2 роки тому +1

      You can omit the mushrooms or try different mushrooms such as oyster that have a completely different flavor. You can also replace all nuts with walnuts in this dish and still get the same great taste.

  • @tinathomas2395

    I made this tonight and it was so good!!!!! I only used about 5 Brazil nuts and made up the rest with cashews and walnuts. I had to use regular lime juice since the Kroger I went to did not have key limes. I also added one zucchini to it because I had some in the house. I will definitely make this again. Thank you so much for sharing your recipe.
