Maybe but she's making this Akaline specific. The only other approved nut is Brazil. Rasins are basically dried grapes but if they are not seeded then it's not Akaline

People are viscous! I’m wondering why you are apologizing for things then I heard something you said that led me to realize someone is writing what they don’t like. Don’t let people rent space in your head. I’m new to the alkaline community (about 3 months now) and I’ve have messed up a few times because I was unsure of things or felt it was complicated. I just came across this tonight and you make it look easy. Today I have started detoxing again and eating alkaline. I will be referencing your videos alot as I’m making a list for your soup for tomorrow. Don’t listen to people! Your doing great and I can relate to your videos….thank you so much for putting the effort to help the rest of us. It’s appreciated! It’s great that we can get our bodies balanced and on the fast track to being healthy again…but for those haters or negative people….well …that’s a deeper cleanse they may never be healed from. Alkalinity=Love. Let them keep it moving
    Thanks😘

Pro tip, sock you flakes over night in water and it cooks quicker and gets super creamy, plus the soaking helps with digestion.

No we are not burning minerals away we follow Dr. Sebi Nutritional Guide and teachings. This is how we eat and the recipes we share. However we are here to share recipes not debate whether minerals are being burnt away when Dr. Sebi said it does not matter if the food is cooked or raw it's still electrical.
