FIGHTER BOYS EATING FILIPINO SNACKS ON A RAINY DAY... (French Boodle Fight?)

- This was just another simple Fighter Boys travel and eat day. We started out with rain up in the mountains near Davao, and ended up eating different Filipino snacks and driving all the way to Malaybalay City in Bukidnon.
In this very simple video you will see the Fighter boys trying different Filipino foods/snacks, and just taking a little bit of relax time at "Eiffel Kubo". Yes, that name is the coolest! It is the name of one of my favourite places to stay in Bukidnon! The French/Filipino vibes are so wonderful!
Anyways, just a raw vlog about Mindanao, Filipino foods and snacks and a rainy day full of relaxed vibes :)

This particular video made me teary eyed specially when you were on top of the roofdeck , waving goodbye and walked away from the camera. And the backgound music, its so beautiful and appropriate. And then bret said he is a changed man. Your group is definitely one of the nicest group of guests the house has ever had. It will surely miss you guys. Amping always😊

Wow...small world. I am going back Oct 11th for 3 weeks to help my mother in law at her bed and breakfast and to look over some land ( 5 hect) that we purchased. I just love the Philippines and look forward to the day when we can spend alot more time there.

That purple bread you called biskwit Kulas that is originally called "Bolkik" (perhaps derived from 'ball cake') and that is usually perfect round ball and sweet. But that was like 30 years ago and it still exist today, glad to know that's one of my favorite snack.

Kyle Jennermann. We don't have that, in Zambo Norte, don't remember that biskuwit. In our part of Mindanao, during rainy days and stormy, we cook chocolate porridge, mix with sugar and milk, match it with fried dried fish - tuyo, oh my gosh, I missed that here in the US.

Kyle, maraming salamat for capturing and presenting the beauty and unlimited treasures The Lord had bestowed the Philippines. I never realized when I was small that my country is like a paradise. Now that I'm old, ngayon ko masasabing, yes indeed, our country is created originally like the Garden of Eden. Napakaganda at napakaraming likas na yaman, malupa man o mapa dagat.......God is ssssssoooooooo good!!!!!!!!!

"Diyoy" na Kulas. We call it Diyoy. That's the route that I missed. I used to pass CDO-Malaybalay-Davao atleast twice a month when I was working in Davao last 5 years ago. Arakan-Buda trail is one of the route that I missed the most. We used to buy flowers and vegetables on the side of the road. Cauliflower and broccoli are cheap compared to stalls in groceries stores.
Alice place is on everyone's bucket list now..Nice place and awesome people 👍..thanks guys for sharing this adventure!!!

Hi Kulas. I'd been to Mindanao last May (because your Vlogs made me to) for ten days i did the CDO, Iligan, Camiguin, Bukidnon and Davao route but i haven't seen these beautiful places in your videos, makes me wonder why. maybe ten days is not enough for exploring....Because of your videos I want to go back to Mindanao and explore more of the breathtaking views like the one in Alice Log house, and I think i like ate Jen she looks very nice, i want to stay in their place too...

Yeah it is lol, that's why i visited all those places especially the water falls in Iligan where you and Finn have been to. You know I admire your down to earth attitude and being jack of all trades makes me feel ashame of some my fellow countrymen who's not giving respect for nature and indigenous people. You are a living gem that our country got very lucky that you are sharing yourself to promote not just travel but also being a good citizen... I have experienced something similar in Negros Oriental, a resort called Highland Vista Resort, great views of Canlaon volcano, Negros “Chocolate Hills” and surrounding ridges. Similar type of vegetation, pine trees and cool weather....they even had a zip line and a pool.

Kulas, your are making me miss hearing the falling rain on the tin roof tops . Now you know why the land is so green and full of live plants. Its nothing like the other nations near the equator.
