P2TOG for Beginners - Purl 2 Stitches Together (Purl Decrease - Wrong Side Decrease)

Learn to work the P2TOG (purl 2 together) decrease in this video which is a very common purl side decrease. It's the purl version of a K2TOG decrease. It's very simple and easy for beginners, much more so than a SSP, so if you have the option definitely go for this P2TOG. You work it by going into 2 stitches as if you were going to purl them, but instead you just work them as if they were one stitch, and decreasing 1 in the process. It's fairly invisible and a go to for Purl side (often times wrong side) decreases especially for beginners.
