I recently used an Escavalier for the first time in a mono bug playthrough and honestly I loved it. It's a really nice, strong, tanky pokemon with only one weakness.
Man I knew right when this list started gengar was going to be #1. I'm using one right now on a glazed play through and it is ridiculous. Awesome list brotha!
I know I this is a strongest trade evolution for Pokémon but imagine mega evolving steelix and aggron these days with body press. Like damn you wouldn’t need to boost their defense to make it strong
I've never particularly cared for trade evolutions because I've never had the chance to use one for the most part, even in Legends: Arceus where you can just get them yourself because my entire team was already decided before I even unlocked the Mirelands. Only one that comes to mind is Thumper the Steelix in Pokémon X because who wouldn't catch and ditch a Luvdisc for a mfing Steelix in the town with the 2nd gym, only time I've used a trade evo as far as memory serves and for an absolute fact the only in game trade Pokémon I've used, used a number of gift Pokémon over the years but they don't count since they always come with your ID# and OT, for some stupid reason.
My favorite trade evolutions are: Escavalier, Politoed, Gigalith, Gengar and Slurpuff; Yes Slurpuff’s stats are very middling at best but I really love the coverage it gets a lot and definitely one of my favorites from Kalos mainly because of its design personally!!! 💛💖
No, Scald has a chance to burn and will instantly thaw a frozen enemy if it's hit with it, Brine deals double damage if the target is below half health.
Kingdra was tough one to beat when fighting Clair in Gen 2 Being part water type countered the super damage from Ice Punch that normally takes down dragons Being part dragon type countered the super damage from Thunder Punch or grass attacks that normally take down water Pokémon And being both types nerfs fire attacks even further
I know this is a trade evo vid. But just imagine if they could do an in game mega stone comet event that basically enabled permanent mega evos. This is the only way i could see megas come back sonce it seems like they want to add a new gimmick every generation now. Im sure theyd be nerfed but i dont care, megas are awesome and its a shame theyre badically wasted designs now.
Not getting Gengar when a haunter has a everstone stopping haunter to evolve in gen 4
F**k Mindy!
Thankfully, Gen 9 has an NPC that will trade you a Haunter that evolves into a Gengar.
@@PokemonNerdNeroand that's why Blossom's liked, while Mindy's despised
Blossom is a true hero. She avenged Gen 4 Players Everywhere.
@@voltingmaster5458 what did this blossom do in particular
@@necfreon6259 She pulled a Will Smith on Mindy by actually trading us a Haunter without putting an Everstone on it.

Hey mystic I'm a rlly big fan I been watching since 2018 keep making content bro love you.
Great work Mystic!
Really wish they'd kept the PL:A link trade item in gen 9+ for reasons....
Slurpuff is amazing in playthroughs with its incredible coverage.
Gigalith is also a great Trick Room sweeper. It's got a few niche uses.
Keep up the great work and videos

Dafuq is a glazed play through

They should have given Scizor the Heatproof ability to match the pokedex
Tecnician is the hype
@karpagamkumar1043 Trudat.. what if mons had 2 abilities at the same time?

... are rhyperior, magmorter, and electivire in the room with us?
I’m amazed they didn’t get honorable mentions.
Glad slurpuff is on this list.
Slurpuff is cool
GOOD SIR...... do not forget my preciouse Politoad can be a troll with Perish song protect.
I only like trade evos in legends Arceus when you can use a link cable(plus Milotic in Gen 3&4 when you can use the contest evolution method)
My favorite trade evolutions are: Escavalier, Politoed, Gigalith, Gengar and Slurpuff;
Yes Slurpuff’s stats are very middling at best but I really love the coverage it gets a lot and definitely one of my favorites from Kalos mainly because of its design personally!!! 💛💖
Slurpuff?! Now that is shocking.
I am just now finding out that the move Chilly Reception exists.
Gigalith also has Body Press which is brutal
Playing old pokemon games like soulsilver, platinum now in emulator. So I can't trade evolve. My favourites are Scizor, Rhyperior and Gengar
Yeah emulators make trading near impossible
I’ve yet to pull it off
Im lucky I still got my release copies but no second ds or 3ds
16:13 I knew Gengar would be in this list, since it's my favorite Pokemon
In Gen 1, you’d find out that Gengar can ironically use physical attacks moves such as Strength.
Slurpuff above Machamp should be criminal.
Fairy is good sure, but in stats and moves Machamp slaps it hardcore.
I really like how we can catch Trade Evo in the wild now
I agree with all of your picks.
I'll just say this was another good listing, and leave it at that.
Should do a video on the strongest growth between evolutions
Slurpuff is one of my favorite gen 6 pokemon.
I really hope Game Freak include the Link Cable item in future games. Trade evolutions can be really annoying at times
Yeah that’s true but thankfully in recent Pokémon games you can catch them in the wild or as part of some raid den.
My personal favorites are Gengar and Electivire
Top 10 Home transfer Pokemon in SV?
Gen 9 is the setup gen I swear
Isnt brine n scald Does the same thing for moves

Thanks to teal mask and indigo disc dlcs, this video did not age well...
I stopped the video at 4 and said either, Gengar, Scizor, or Alakazam. I was not wrong.
Wait a min hail in gen 9 does that exist

wait so having 90 speed but being a frail porygon z is bad but porygon 2 being not the fastest thing in the pokemon world is ok? thats some logic.
im deeply fascinated at how 90 speed porygon z is "not fast enough" but gengar having only 20 more speed is "super fast"
I’m sorry, I feel like Machamp should be much higher but I’m very biased on that one.
I think magmortar and electivier deserved 3rd place
Good to see the only one he got wrong he got horrendously wrong bein 10
Megastar were peak
These sick, and evil people need to be locked up forever
Milotic is not a trade it’s high beauty
You can evolve Feebas if it holds prism scale and trade it.
Yeah they changed it to trade since there's no contests anymore
None of them are really that strange tbh
All of the honorable mentions are miles above slurpuff
Trade evos are the worst part of Pokémon.
Notice how you only had 2 likes? Bad take
