- Tuning a bass, especially a 5-string, can be a task when you have the wrong tuner. Some are slow or even do not want to work with the low frequencies. So here's a review of three very affordable clip-on-tuners that are offered Thomann.

That's right! And I think that's the reason for quality- , reliability-, and price differences. ;-)
Im going to buy an electrical guitar. Which tuner should I buy?:

... I miss my reference ... even cheaper than each tuners in the universe and much way better: our ears! ;-)
Yeah but tuning on a noisy stage or a rehearsal room with just your ears can be tricky at times. Oh, I forgot. You‘re not playing in a band 😀😀
@@OveBosch ... I do it in this way and it works, if the guitar player next to you could stop playing between the songs AND every classical orchestra does it in this way ;-)
@@GAUCKwerkstatt You'll need a reference tone when tuning by ear anyway - unless you have the perfect ear; do you?
