Got a TC Uni tune they are well worth the money. I replaced my 20 year old analogue Quick Tune with it. Works at any angle and in any light setting.
OK, what the hell did you do to your thumb nail??? That HAD to hurt! "Tuner cam"... that got a smile.. its been a bad day...I love my poly tune.. just wish it was rechargable instead of having to switch a battery out, but even though, I'm not giving it up...its alot easier then my Conn or Peterson...LOL

I have the CTG-20 myself in black. It was 10 bucks and looked nice.
You can move it so wherever you put it on the headstock, you can look at the display.
It also doesn't need batteries, which is nice, recharging it once a month is actually enough for me (so far).
As said, it might not be super precise and can have tiny jumps, but works for me whatsoever. Just not studio-precise, but enough.
It takes a little longer than other tuners to pick up lower notes, that's true.

I got the Bat Tuner for a year now. Problem is it's flimsydidity. After a while it got a loose connection in the battery compartment and started to flicker.

Will your signature still be limited to 42 guitars? Cause I eventually want one when they're available and I would hate it if I can't get my hands on it.
Maybe you should have tested they also on bass, because thats what many tuners fail on.
I think the option C stands for cello. G is for guitar, B is for bass, V is for violin, and U is for ukulele.

I have the CTM700. As a tuner it works quite well, but don’t buy it because of the metronome! Setting the tempo with the two buttons is a pita, and the sounds get annoying real soon...

USB charging is a great idea - I might buy one of those little tuners just because of that, as it's a pain having to keep lots of different batteries around the place. I've had a quick look around, and that cheap HB tuner is the only one that I've found so far with USB tuning - well done Harley Benton!
The Polytune Clip is not 50 buvks, Thomann sold them for 27 or 29 Euros these days. Now I wanted to order one at last.... But the Thomann Shop says the product is not on their list anymore.

How can you judge the clip on tuners when always tune what the Polytune shows? With the Bat (and friends) the Guitar won‘t be in tune...

Black tuners are for dark metal, so they do not tune the same as white tuners :D
Stupid jokes aside, think I'm gonna stick to my Polytune pedal, although. that CTM-700 is pretty good plus having a metronome included, not cool on a pedal board though.
At some point I might get myself a Boss TU-3W, I find TC's poly function more annoying than useful.

watched it back when it cam out, now my pedal tuners input jack finally gave out and here I am again because I am old and haven't bought a tuner in ten years and felt ambiguous about not having to spent 80 bucks on a pedal tuner that actually works anymore (and after my first encounter with a clip on tuner, which unfortunately was exactly the one that henning didn't like in the video, I somewhat gave up on clip ons)...
SO anyways, here I am again, checking out Hennings opinion about affordable tuners again. Turns out this video is far more practical than I anticipated.
