That's a total recreation of the Saga Collection Luke and Wampa figures that could build that exact set up, albeit for the modern 3.75" figures. It also features the lightsaber hilt in the snow and has a place for it. I like the addition on this one for the feet of the vintage Wampa, but it's definitely been done before and they got their inspiration there. The white snow looks appropriately vintage for the plastic too and I'd love to see how this looks alongside the Imperial Attack Base and Protbot/Turret playlets.
This is a nice Retro version of the excellent Hasbro Deluxe Hoth Attack Wampa and Hoth Luke figures, circa 2003. Cool to see it made for the Kenner figures.
Retro Star Wars toy ads from the early 80s that featured the wampa were my favorites. For some reason, they instructed every kid in every ad to growl the word, "Wampa!" any time the creature made noise, it was hilarious
Hey there! Just a little fun fact: the light saber actually comes out of the hole, which is how I designed it! I don’t think many people who bought it have noticed, though. Maybe I should make my own video to show it off! 🙂 I’m pretty sure I mentioned something in my Etsy store listing, but it seems like not many people read those! 😂
Shoot, yeah didn't read the listing haha! Didn't want to pull on it, afraid it might snap off, this is so cool, I almost have to do this video over again!
Thanks for this video!! 👍Very interesting!! I like how you took an item that wasn't actually a 'Star Wars ' play set piece and repainted it to look like a Hoth ice cave!!👍
😮 I definitely need to have that. How can I get one of those if you can leave me a description in a comment? I well appreciate it thanks for sharing this..😊

No link on how to get one?😊
It's by @trash_compactor_cystoms over on Etsy...doesn't look like he has them for sale at the moment tho, send him a message tho!
i like it but it could have been a full circular environment not just an island which would have made look more like a cave
I'm working on another set that pairs with this one better and looks more like a circular cave! 🤘
