I have a huge collection of Korean cards myself, working on collecting all the holos from LOB, MRD, & SRL currently, just pulled my first Blue Eyes outta a LOB box the other day 😂 I was hype as FUCK lmao
The quality of these cards are actually insane, something that global YGO can't even afford tbh.
Such a shame but still, it's nice to have those for asian sets.

Got one of these in the mail today. This set is fantastic!!! Got a Quarter Century secret rare Selene (Endymion link monster) and it's awesome!!!
I opened one Korean box and got a ghost rare blue-eyes alternative dragon
Great minds think alike, I'm collecting every version of Red-Eyes from every set in any language I can find as well ! I also have pre-Konami stuff that released from Bandai/Toei relating to Red-Eyes and Joey.
I remember the time I got over 50 copies of Korean Arkana red dark magician for cheap and I resold them for $15 a piece this was before they printed the card in USA
I personally don't like the new OCG Ultimate Rares as much, but the rest is fantastic for 20 bucks. 😊😊
Despite being an OCG, Korean cards can only be played in Korea legally.
The rest of the Asian countries are stuck using only the Japanese and Asian English cards so Korean cards don't hold so much value in price.
Sadly yea, china also has their own print iirc like korea, but the rest of asia can only use JP prints legally.
Surprised no one mentioned this on comment, until i find yours. Thats one of reason why korea products cheaper than JP, coz less demands. If legal to use in all asia, it wont be that cheap.

We're getting our equivalent of this box as a tin later this year. The product is already on konami's product page as a mega tin.
@Guy McPerson It is probably not going to include Collector's rares, Ultimate rares, Ghost rares and Extra Secret rares. It is going to be inferior to this Korean set.

I love Korean boxes, they are so inexpensive compared to Japanese or TCG. The quality is great, there is no real downside to collecting these amazing cards...

OCG gets most of the better shiny cardboard than the TCG because that product is hella crazy.

Korean version is just like a fake card for people live in Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand because their prices is so cheap. I don't know why they produce Korean card instead of Asian English Card.

Korean print quality is awful compared to the Japanese print, nearly TCG NA quality. That's why it's cheaper. Plus we can't use those in OCG sanctioned tournaments
You can clearly see how gimped these Korean prints are compared to the Japanese print. All the Collectors, Ultimates, and even the Extra Secret Rare pop WAY LESS compared to their JP counterpart which are vibrant and easy to distinguish the different rarities at once glance
How is this box 20 bucks. What is going on here. Absolutely amazing. This is why I always get Korean boxes. Same rarities as Japan, quality equal to Japanese cards and far superior than TCG cards, godly pull rates and 1/5 the price. The people assuming Korean cards have no value just default to "not English, therefore bad". Don't bother with them. It's their loss.
They are absolutely not equal, all you have to to is put a Collectors/Ultimate/Extra Secret/25th rare from RC04 KR & JP side by side and you will see for yourself.
