Recognise, Acknowledge, Validate (RAV) Model In Healthcare | Rapport Building

In this video, we look at how the RAV model can be used in healthcare to provide therapeutic benefits to patients. This is through making someone feel as though their perspective and feelings have been recognised, acknowledged, and validated.
