Im a mum of 2, 42 years old, always been into long distance running but started my mobility journey about 2 months ago after niggling injuries. I love these videos. Im not a gymnast by any stretch and yet i find these videos and the general calisthenics theme amazingly helpful and you guys are amazing teachers!

Loved the video, when doing the hollow body hold is it normal if the next day my neck (sternocleidomastoid muscle) hurts? 😅 I never know if I am maybe moving my neck too forward 🤔

How long should I look to be holding the first 2 exercises before increasing the difficulty?
Doesn't straight body dragon flag is lat focused exercise just like front lever ? I can do single leg dragon flag dynamics and full negatives and those are hard and on back. It is also hard on abs but it is because of lack of back strenght.

really? the dragon flag is closest to front lever??? i thought front lever was 80% pull strength 20% core....
