- If rain shuts down the fireworks shows this July 4, it may spark some to bring the show to their own backyards. But before trying that in the North Star State, we wanted to know which fireworks are legal in Minnesota. Jeff Wagner shares what you can light and where without fear of a fine.
Depends on your skin color, the privileged class seems to be able to do whatever they want and if anyone speaks against it they're labeled racist
What does it matter? All fireworks could be illegal but 2 days from now we all know you will be forced to report on the illegal fireworks being shot out of cars at innocent bystanders.

No one enforces these laws. Especially in Minneapolis.
and the reason why we cant get or have good fireworks in minnesota, because one little kid had to get hurt while being unsupervised and had to get everything messed up for everyone here in minnesota. ariel fireworks should be leagle in all states if you know how to light them proplerly and saftly.
Nobody cares. No cops enforce this bulls it anyway. My sherriff sits and watches my fireworks show every year up here in northwest Minnesota. Nobody gives.
