Juliana, I have a piece of advice. Ultimately, it’s a superficial matter, literally. Decades ago, tattoos were less common and were thereby more radical. Today I see them as more conformist. Look, my best friend is an ER and flight nurse who previously owned a tattoo/piercing shop in Colorado. I’m not averse to them. But while the body makes a fine canvas? I believe it’s a finished, or ongoing, work of art. It’s extremely rare for me to take my time to advise a stranger on this, but some faces look better with less makeup and some bodies don’t need any help, either. In both regards, you’re set. That’s it. ✌🏻

Julianna, as a subscriber for many years I have to comment again on how amazing your videos are! I have a bone disease where my bones are extremely fragile and I have been doing yoga and weight lifting to help increase my bone density. Your yoga videos have helped me SOOOO much throughout the years and I have gained so much muscle and flexibility. You have changed my life. I also suffer from severe anxiety and your meditation videos have helped me decrease my stress levels drastically. Thank you so much for all that you do, you’re an angel!! 🥰❤️ I do your yoga videos every day and they give me something to look forward to while also taking care of my body. Before this workout, when I woke up I felt very upset and I didn´t want to do anything. I lied on my bad, scrolled on tik tok and slowly started to get head aches. Then suddenly I went to my yoga mat and did this incredible workout, that saved my day. I am so happy that now I do yoga when I feel not good and don´t go to smoke a cigarette or take a medicine or a coffee. Thank you so much for this healing!! Every day...every day...every day...every single day. some days i just lay on my mat for a while...but I am present and thats what counts. Maybe lay out your yoga mat and outfit the night before you go to bed. Then when u wake up get dressed and go to ur mat. It's not about motivation. It's about discipline and devotion to self. Try to just make it part of ur morning routine as u get up and get ready. Even if it's just 10 min. Hope this helps. 😉
I have not been as consistent as I would like with my yoga lately but I want to thank you for being the spark that will potentially change my family life for the better. We are coming to Costarica soon to check out schools and homes in Guanacaste after months of research on many potential countries. Costarica was always one of my top choices because I figured if you chose it and have already traveled all over the world, you must have many good reasons. So thank you for stirring me in the right direction without even knowing. You guys touched many lives around the world, not only with Yoga practice but with your souls.
