When you buy a character saber does it come with that character font as the default? Like if I bought Obi-Wan’s saber would the Obi-Wan font be the default one for that saber or if I bought the Anakin Ep3 saber would the Anakin font be the default?

I received my Nsaber fallen SE kestis saber and I had no idea how to get it to connect to the app after watching your video I had no idea all the functions the sabre could do with an SN pixel when I found out there was music I freaking geeked out thanks for showing what this soundboard can do

Hi there, no you may have accidentally set the blade length to 82cm mode, to come off this depending on a 1 or 2-button setup you need to power the saber off, then either triple-click quickly the AUX (2-Button Sabers) or triple-click quickly the single button for 1-Button Sabers :)
Maybe a stupid question but do they come with instructions? I’ve only ever used sabers with one button and I think these have 2, jus wanna know what the deal is there (I’m thinking of getting the star killer one)

Hey, so to turn the power down with one button control have the saber on but the blade off, and then hold the button for 1 second, it should say 'low volume' and then press again to go into mute mode :)

All our handles are made from metal so they bring a nice quality feel to them! and are not overly heavy - just the right amount of weight distribution 😃
So our Proffie board comes with 25 sound fonts, Proffie is an open-source board so it's fully customisable, not 100% recommended for beginners we'll do a video on this soon, we often say to try SN Pixel/Xeno Pixel first and see if you want to move onto a Proffie board saber :)
So a Neopixel blade is just that, it's the board that communicates with the blade to change effects ect.. the blade is like a monitor really, it only shows what it is told to display :)
is there a way to restore all the soundfonts to default? I've made some changes and want to undo them, but can't remember where every soundfont starts from, or if they had any pre-set colours that aren't part of the colour choices when you cycle
Hey so you need the SN Pixel V4 board, turn the lightsaber on and have the blade pre-installed, download 'ForcePark' App and search for the device, this should come up as 'Saber' click 'Bind' then it should say 'Connection Success' :) Hope this helps!
Hello,I have 2 SN Pixel V4 Saber now,the app is on my phone,bluetooth is active,but both sabers will not connect to my phone... What can i do? It's really frustrating... 😕
So far RGB/baselit do not come with Bluetooth only SN pixel, but to change colour on RGB you point the saber downwards and then hold the button, rotate and it will colour cycle for you.

They do yes, doesn't matter which hilt design you pick, they will all use the same sounds!

You can replace any of the sounds with new ones. One of the first things I did was replace the "power on/off" voice with beeps.

Out of the box SN Pixel is lightly louder but not a huge difference, in terms of sound quality they both sound the same :)

Hi so on the Two button version you hold the AUX button and then at the same time twist the hilt, this will cycle the colours :)
