      Right? I have been in since 2000 and the only eclectic stuff I like is old school brushed from the 90s the new stuff has nothing im interested in. They go Oh its way faster! I'm like that's cool if all your into is going fast for 20 minutes lol

    I got the carburetor free on the new Magnum 91 four stroke engine after a overnight soaking in glow fuel and the heat gun! I started ordering my fuel straight from Torco and they will mix it up however you want it!

      Sweetness glad to hear! And I believe those run up to 15% nitro and 17% oil i can't remember exactly. Also mine runs great with a 15x6 APC pro

    Something I had to do when my rear bearing didn’t seat in one of my engine is I took a collet, flywheel, and flywheel nut and snugged up the nut on the flywheel once it was on the engine. I then used a heat gun to heat up the block then tightened the flywheel down as if I was installing it to use the engine. It pulled the rear bearing in no problem and I’ve been using that engine in my buggy for the bast month. Runs great and haven’t had any problems with the bearings or anything else

    I dont have alot of engine rebuilding experience, but i noticed you didnt tighten the backplate that much, or atleast it didnt look like it, do you not have to with certain or all engines?

    Question i found a piston and sleeve for an ofna 21 8 port in a bag of goodies guy gave me with nitro slayer and I was curious is that motor your rebuilding, the motor this piston would go to? Its part number#
    (53027) FACTORY MANUAL No# 21027 cuz I have that exact motor in my hoboa hyper 7 and I have the hoboa hyper 7 tq with the Mac 28 6p

      If they are both ofna 21s I'm assuming yes? I've never actually tried it before but if you have it on hand might as well see if everything lines up. Worth a shot

    • @thebug4046
      @thebug4046  2 роки тому +1

      Just 5w30 synthetic engine oil. It's what I use when I put my engines into long term storage. I don't buy any oils or anything like thst from the hobby shop. As for after run oil you can use the engine oil or air tool oil or a mixer of both. Air filter oil i buy motocross air filter oil and motocross shock oil. And for cleaners non chlornated brake parts cleaner I don't buy anything and those tiny little bottles from the hobby shop as it's an absolute rip off
