📌Aujourd'hui recette de croque monsieur sans béchamel (une tuerie)
vous pouvez les congelé perso je met dans l'aluminium et boîte en verre et je met au congélateur et après plus qu'à réchauffer
📌Les ingrédients (pour 6 croque monsieur)
12 pains de mie
12 tranches de charcuterie
6 tranches de fromage 🧀
un mélange de fromage râpés
pour la sauce qui va remplacer la béchamel
2 œufs
10 cl de crème semi épaisse 18%(prenez ce que vous avez chez vous pas obligé 18%,)
sel
poivre
