Here is a look inside one of my favorite "all-in-one" language arts curriculums. This language arts is very Charlotte Mason-inspired and contains picture study, oral narration, written narration, writing skills, and grammar. Each lesson is super gentle and doesn't take long for my children to complete. I do supplement with some other things that my kids need more practice on, but I use this as my language arts "base".

This looks awesome!!! My kids don’t love writing!!! In other subjects we do a lot of oral discussions!!! My kids know when to come to discuss!!!

Have you ever used Beowulf’s Grammar by Guest Hollow? I’m considering it for two of my children. We already started school, but I’m thinking of adding it in.
Thank you very much! I am feeling better. My naturopath and I and trying different things and it's amazing how different one can feel when one knows a bit better of what to do! I have not sued Beowulf's Grammar, though I am often tempted. I keep telling myself, NO... you can't add anything more in that is teacher directed :( My boys are also getting older, but I have been so tempted :) So, I can't help you with that decision, but thanks for watching the video!
I'm using Guest Hollow's Beowulf grammar as well as their Language Arts with my rising 4th grader. And I'm so excited to dive in with her! It looks teacher intensive but that's to be expected with this type of curriculum. :)
Does this include any Christian quotes or content ?
I just looked through it and will say that about 1/2 of the copy work is from poems about Christ or the cross… so, honestly, it’s pretty minimal when looking at all 180 days, but it is in there. Good question.
