Your description indicates this clock to be available to buy for $900 at your mothers clock shop. Someone (perhaps a prospective customer) inquires as to the name of the shop, and you replied that such a question is too personal to answer. Uhm.....Do you want to sell the clock, or not? If marketing and/or selling the clock is not the objective of this video, you should alter the description and simply leave out the specifics so as not to confuse your viewers. If you dont feel safe marketing the items in your mothers shop on UA-cam, you ought not use UA-cam. For all you know, that person to whom you replied rudely may well have bought the clock. Jsut something to bear in mind.
I don’t really feel the need to advertise it. I just said that in the description because I figured some would want to know how much it is selling for.
What a lovely clock and like the sound
That’s very calming
Very nice! I could tell right off that it has an Urgos movement because of the Winchester chime.
You can also tell by the strike sound
@@samsclocks2084 yes and a very nice sound at that.
@@samsclocks2084 older kieninger movements had that sound too
Another telltale or Urgos is that the Westminster Chime is played a full step higher than on Kieninger and Hermle triple chime units.
Urgos movement!❤
Yes sir
@@samsclocks2084 🫡
Urgos movement
Correct
@@samsclocks2084 this was the movent brand Howard Miller used to "trust" in they're golden days before they switched to kieninger.
Urgos went out of business
@@samsclocks2084 oh right I forgot.
@@samsclocks2084 No they got bought out by Hermle and now they only make replacement movements.
900 dollars seems fair for a big clock like this
Sound nice
I like this pitch rather than the earlier Lower pitch
I meant higher pitch
Did it sell?
No its still here lol, same with the other one
@@samsclocks2084that clock would have sold within weeks if it was the 70s quite unfortunate nobody buys these beautiful clocks anymore a lot
@@samsclocks2084by the way I’m curious do you do repair work for the clocks she sells or does she or repair them or do they sell as is?
All of the clocks we sell are in working order so no need for a service. Although this one in the video has the typical low pendulum swing.
@@samsclocks2084I’m asking though if you guys encounter a clock that needs repair do you do the repair work for her shop?
Nice
Little bit deep sound.
