Truly amazing, how on earth do you make a clock when your blind.....
A lot of work making a clock with the ability to see is hard enough I can only see this as a necessary trial he put himself through.

He never made the movement. Looks like a German make.
True. He probably didn't make the case either. He probably repaired the case and refinished it, that is the actual story.
