Its a jura clock
As I read in some forums, it is considered common when some old clocks strikes one or two minutes after the correct time. This is correct? Thank you

Hi! Me again! I saw that that Westminster wall clock had a picture of a family with the clock in the background. Is it a clock that was passed down from your family, or did you buy it with the picture? Thanks!
I should actually explain this in a video, but I bought this clock from someone who worked for the Speaker of the House of Representatives for Massachusetts from 1963-1975, David Bartley. The picture came with it and he is the one on the right. Thank you! :)

I have an old mantel clock that I got from a family member which I believe it says BEGLEY in the lower right corner but cannot find any information. The face of the clock has horseback riders which appear to be having a fox hunt. Have you ever heard of this name? Appreciate you input.
Also what company is the clock at 4:40 made by? Looks to be an Ansonia or Waterbury maybe?
The movement is unmarked, but it resembled that of a New Haven. I can’t be 100% sure though
