After so many hours of gameplay, seeing the stories of the androids for 3 times, learning things that were hidden and hearing this song during the bullet hell at the end, getting help from all the others who sacrificed everything brought many tears to my eyes. It was the least i could do for them. I hope that my sacrifice helped someone out there.
Honestly, it was maybe the most emotional choice ever made in a game. I've thought about replaying it, but I didn't want to diminish my choice of that sacrifice.

It's amazing how that end credits mini-game really makes you feel you're apart of something so much bigger. Everyone who was there before you, strangers from around the world returning to a place by your side. Each one willing to sacrifice themselves for you so you to can stand were they stood, a moment of victory, before you yourself willingly return. Relinquishing all you've fought so long and hard to achieve. To continue to fight along side another in their time of need so they too can stand where you stood. I rarely play single player games but I randomly downloaded NieR Automata from game pass after recognizing it as something I had seen a trailer for years ago and had forgotten about. I knew nothing about NieR when I dove headfirst into Automata. Now...let me you tell you guys. I played it for like a week straight until I got all the relevant endings to see everything and I refuse to ever play it again. Why? Because I feel it would devalue such an amazing experience. It was genuinely a life experience that I'm going to remember for a long time. There was a point where I no longer felt like I was playing a video game. The story, music, and emotion culminating with the intensity and pacing towards the end...it felt like I was playing art. It was just beautiful. I've never been moved by a game like that in my life. This song still gives me chills, no matter who sings it.

Listening to this, I just remember that scene where we see that flower bed location in night time, where it just feels so peaceful and so detached from the woes of the game, which itself has such an ominous and eerie serenity to it... I always cry when it comes to this part 5:23. The shadow of 2B starts to disappear and what remains 9S's bag hang on 2B's katana. It looks so beautiful yet so sad. It reminds me of the death of 2B and 9S 😔😔

This game was one of the most incredible gaming experiences I’ve had in a long time. I jumped into this game expecting a fun hack ‘n’ slash action game and I got that, but I left with SO much more. I’m so happy I got to experience this title. And man, what a beautiful cover, you two!

Listening to this, I just remember that scene where we see that flower bed location in night time, where it just feels so peaceful and so detached from the woes of the game, which itself has such an ominous and eerie serenity to it...

The way you guys chose to present the singers and production names like 70% into the song is very reminiscent of how Nier presents the title card after route B lol. That was a good throwback feeling, amongst the tidal wave of other feelings coming in

I always cry when it comes to this part 5:23. The shadow of 2B starts to disappear and what remains 9S's bag hang on 2B's katana. It looks so beautiful yet so sad. It reminds me of the death of 2B and 9S 😔😔
