@@Verus07 i could try a verson where i drop the range, so i dont have to worry about the spores spreading, and just use venom does for the corrosive damage

Nice build mate, if I was to suggest a weapon I'd suggest the pennant as it's unique trait gives it heavy attack speed so you might be able to drop arcane strike
@@MrDekasOne yeah, i could see that but im really only building this way because of how strong the syams heavy attack is, if i were to swap the melee i melee i wouldn't focus on the heavy attacks

a few recomendations, Put a faction dmg mod in the syam build you are running, melee influence, gas, elec, and toxic slash from saryn and you are not running faction dmg, you are missing out in a LOT of direct dmg and most importantly dmg over time, also don´t use 2 base dmg mod, with condition overload is enough, replace prime pressure point with the faction dmg mod or if still don´t want to use it put more crit dmg o electric dmg, about the saryn build, it´s always better to tank with shields, or just do shield gating (the best way to survive with her) or go invisible, running 3 umbral mods is a waste of resources and a terrible way to survive, and incredibly restrictive also, it´s impossible to go to something like lvl cap cascade with a set up like that, not even good at base steel path tobh, also your spores are barely armor stripping, most of the times shown in the video they get to 6 stacks max before they get killed, spores it's not even a good way to do dmg or even armor strip, it´s always better to use the augment mod wich is great, by running overextended you are missing a lot of dmg from toxic slash, another reason of why no to use spores, a companion or sentinel can do what spores does but better, also use rolling guard on saryn, when it comes to shards in my opinion running green shards that give more toxic dmg is better, with the changes to armor is no longer neccesary to run shards to do armor strip, 1 that gives 3 stacks is enough
@@JosuéCórdovaZegarra okay so a few things i personally have always hated using shielding/shieldgating to survive cuz i wanna stay in the fight and heal while im fighting (especially on melee builds) i never said it was a lvl cap build, but its plenty strong enough to do all of steel path, i dont think theres a reason to spend 6 hours to go to lvl cap personally. and just cuz my spores never fully armor stripped in this video doesnt mean it doesnt happen, when im in a real mission and spores get to sit on enemies for a few seconds , i usually will strip a bunch of enemies before i get to them, plus while testing ive noticed that when melee influance pops, it will explode the spores and put corrosive stacks on the enemies all at once, and its just one more status for condition over load, so even if it half strips armor im still okay with that.but i will do some testing for what you said about only needing one green archon shard (i was not aware of the change you mentioned) But i appreciate the info, i have been thinking about using roller guard but i dont really like the idea of having to roll constantly
Oh and i know thats it not good to have two base damage mods like that, i just dont have the primed bane mods yet, and i just dont really like swapping them out all the time
@Valorsphere if you haven't tried torid incarnon and pox with her either they're pretty fun they all got good synergy with her and helps with your miasma and spore spread
@@blaketaylor2441 yeah i keep hearing people mention the toird every time saryn comes up, but i havnt looked into it yet, but i think the incarnon is in the circuit right now, ill probably grab it this week
I’ve been using a very similar build. I love the Syam. Great for spreading Saryn’s spores and generally insane with wrathful advance

Not that this build needs even more damage, but the Venom Dose augment would get you a good chunk more.

Dual ichor incarnon is pretty fun to run w/ saryn
