Beautiful looking buggy, the only thing I don't like about it is having the weight of the battery on one side. Has thus effected the way the buggy handles much or the wear on tyres and components?
I have an X-ray XB4, XB2, XB8, 1/8 Truggy, T01. This brand of ours is really a top for racing outside and in the hall. My opinion of Xray is the top in the world. I also rode in the Hudy arena in Trenčín and I went to see the production. Perfect. The tracks in the Hudy arena are amazing. 👍🏻❤
@@NikkiNexo777 I think I did red on the front, black on the back, then white over the front to brighten the red, then finally removed the mask for the flames and painted it silver maybe with a white fade, I can't remember.
Considering the parts people are putting on the B74.1 to make it work, The price of the XRAY XB4 is more then reasonable. Molded shock pistons on XRAY cars are more then adequate. The fit and finish, quality, durability (i've never broken a suspension part on any XRAY car I have ever owned) unlike the 22X-4 which is way less durable.
Hello great video... i bought the kit myself, its in shipping. I want to use it with cc mamba x does anyone know it would fit? It is 54.4x35.2mm big. I dont plan to race. Also would you recomend a sanwa mt44 over a futaba p4?
So torn between this and TLR.. I know you prefur this but as I'm getting it for Dirt, it might not stay the same result.. I assume this is designed more with carpet in mind since more popular there..
@@RazorRC Oh, Ok, sweet! Thanks for that. Definitly seem like the guy that would know as you have a lot. been Enjoying ya vidz. Thats for the help, info and entertainment :)
Nice review! There was an old track about a hour away from me that had a huge xray presence. They are a thing of beauty. This reminds me of the lcracing lc10b5 for some reason and yes I'm aware that the xb4 has been around way longer and some might say that the lc drew inspiration from the xb4. However, it still would be cool to hear your thoughts on the lc10b5 in the future if possibe.
The kids cheering sound when you give it five stars is really jarring especially with headphones please consider turning the volume of sound effects down if you must use them.

"Everyone knows that the new wltoys 1/10 scale buggy will run circles around this xray and only cost $160" Lol
I dig the fade Paint job on the body. It looks good. Which colour did you spray 1st, black or red?
Thanks, I did the red first
@@RazorRC What colour did you use for the final undercoat?

Great review, I completly agree. Xray did a great job here.
DUDE YOU HAVE THE BESSSSST COMMERCIALS!!!!!!!
Whats a good motor/esc setup for this kit?
No matter what the score, great wheeler!

Thanks for the video. Comparing wirh Team Associated B74.1 how do you find this one? It is better?
I think the Xray is better.
I think the associated is better,I own & race both
Do you use CA on the edges of all the carbon fiber parts or are you just doing the shock towers?
I don't seal carbon fiber anymore. The newest stuff is pretty durable and not that expensive, so I don't think it's worth spending the effort.
@@RazorRC Even on the shock towers? The XB4 '21 shows a step for the towers.

the Elite looks pretty nice, I'd get that

I’d like to get one. They’re definitely very similar.
@@RazorRC I hope you do🙂
Man that buggy is so nice! 👍
It sure is!
Can you do a comparison against the TLR 22x-4?
When is a yokomo yz4-sf2 review?
Same question from me. I've got a SF2. Best car I've driven.

This or the tlr?
What would be your best buggy recommendation for a small backyard dirt track? Preferably 1/10. I currently run a rustler and AE reflex 14t
Tekno eb410.2 for that type of track. IMHO.
great video - i just bought one :)
Ever heard on the inspire 4 car by mro racing
not gonna mention the tekno
Haven't heard the brand name Tekno RC in a while :/
Buggy? Yeah. IMO they are designed more for dirt.
@@RazorRC EB410.2 is KILLER on carpet, should try one
Not worth buying, too small amount of changes in comparison to '20 and '19.
And the price is joke.
