- This is some of the body cam footage from one of my encounters with the local police a couple weeks after I started being cyberstalked as part of, what I believe is, a social engineering attack. I stopped having control over my life in August of 2022 when I was hacked the weekend of Defcon, on THE SAME DAY the apple hack was revealed. After getting into my apple ID, the hacker was able to install a remote MDM key on my laptop, my devices were "mirrored", files started being taken - and that's just the beginning of the nightmare that my life has been ever since. My cyberstalker has not been caught nor has the cyberstalking stopped and I don't even know if LE is even working on the case. I have spent hundreds of dollars trying to repair the neverending damage and live in a constant state of anxiety that something bad is going to happen any minute.
Nobody understands the impact of cyberstalking and social engineering unless it happens to them. My hope is that this might help some people understand the impact of cyberbullying and social engineering on its victims. We need better awareness and better laws...and victims need more cybercrime resources and a law enforcement community that understands the depth of these crimes.
MOST IMPORTANTLY, we need to learn that just because someone says something that sounds crazy, doesn't mean they are crazy.

Thank you Jen. I am so sorry that you had to go through this, I was following you when you were going through this and then you took your channel down. I admire you for getting yourself back together and making a comeback. Just know you’re not the only one that had someone/something to fu** with your mental health. I’ve been in a dark hole several times in my life at the hands of someone else but we are here still fighting the good fight. In spite of all their efforts we are the strongest women, thank God. Hang in there friend.

Thank you for sharing this, Jen. I remember watching the day you said everything was hacked and how overwhelmingly upsetting and unsettling it was for you. Living with mental health and at times relating to very dark places I can understand how you got to that stage of thinking. I am so glad that you have your wife, and you had these police officer's show up when they did. You are good at what you do, you made you tube a better place and it's frustrating when hacker's, stalker's are wanting to take others work down due to feeling threatened.

Jen, when I was hacked I notified 3 government agencies. You can't be too careful
The police handled the situation safely and with sensitivity. Nice to see that.
I got in a fight with my significant other once and grabbed my keys and purse and got in the car and started driving. It was fine until I had to go to the bathroom and I was in my pajamas that were not really suitable for going into someplace to pee. Plus it was a Friday night and I happened to choose a drive that put me in the main cruising drag with all the teenagers. Good times........not so much.
I can not even imagine the pain and fear and frustration and embarrasment of losing so much and then having to tell Kresha, oh yeah, all that stuff you trusted me with and I had stored on my computer, someone has it. So no telling what they will disclose that was not for public consumption. Cue the panic attack for sure.
I have a tiny smidgen of upset over my Facebook being hacked. Twice. I can't get into my own account. The phone number was changed so I get to the point where it wants to send a code to my phone but the phone number was changed so I can't get it. The account is locked now, no one can get into it, not me, not the hacker either. The thing is, I have family photos that I don't have in any other place on there and now I cannot even get to them. That is frustrating but not in the ballpark of what you have dealt with.

Yeah, I wish I'd thought about shoes before I took off running.
I hope you're able to recover the photos. Facebook really needs to get its act together. Thinking I lost everything was the most devastating. I was lucky to be able to recover a lot of pictures and now I have a bunch of cloud storage and about 30 disk drives. I'm still paranoid that they will suddenly disappear one day, but I try to breathe through those moments.

For the record: those who love someone who killed themself are not better off without them after they died. My sister in law did this. We have all suffered because of her choice.
OK, I'm not trying to be disrespectful here, I'm really not, but what does you getting hacked have to do with you getting in a fight with your wife? Maybe I'm missing a piece here. It may be on my end. Also, the walking barefooted part. Did she throw you out of the house? Please explain.
I get what you're saying. I was trying to fix my laptop (which was impossible because there was a remote management key installed) and noticed even more files were missing and some other things. She didn't understand what was going on and we argued about my frame of mind. I started having a major panic attack and ended up running out of the house without any shoes on (gross, I know).
Damn, well, the running out of the house barefooted isn't really an issue for me, but I was curious as to why she put you out, but now you let me know what was really going on. We all deal with scammers a lot though. If someone's hacked into your device the best thing I could say is change your password. These scumbags are always trying to get one up on us. @@JenHollins

They definitely appear to automatically write off anyone who complains about being hacked or cyberstalked. I do give him props for being so calm rather than just whipping out the cuffs, but it is still frustrating to be treated like you've lost your mind.

Whoever posted this original and afterwards should be ashamed of themselves. Just more 'gaslighting' from a different perspective that will arrive at roughly the same results to one degree or another.
I don't want to be rude, but I don't understand your comment. What are you trying to say? I am the subject of record and its my channel and my story to tell.This is what cyberstalking does to its victims. I'm not sure how it is gaslighting.
