There are no words for Yuzo and Kudo's genius. I only wish someone had fixed the intonation of the climbing string notes at 0:34 during the editing process since they use that loop a lot here. Regardless, it never ceases to amaze me how Kudo takes something already brilliant and organically expounds the sound...
I love this song because it is so fucking epic that you can actually use it like if it was a Boss Battle song and nobody would notice that it actually is a Random Battle song. This efect is even bigger with this arrangement, i love it

Sure, I'm not done with EO3 yet (just found the game 2 weeks ago and decided to start a whole new playthrough), but the new mechanics it added are great. I especially wanna know how they'll buff the Sea Quests and stuff, because they are basically the most lackluster thing in the entire game.
@@CRASHjester nah I don't think so. Switch wouldn't work particularly well with the Etrian Odyssey games unless they made a MASSIVE UI overhaul. It worked really well with the DS BECAUSE it had a touch screen.

Anyway, animated enemy sprites was a pretty nice improvement in EO IV togheter with an even better dungeon background design, i just love it The games are great the way they are but I'm still optimistically looking forward to see animations, perhaps even cutscenes someday *A*

Now add some smooth characters battle animations and effects and some epic voicecast and you'll have an even greater game Some nice game plot and protagonist(s) would be appreciated too... Personally i think i had enough of Featureless Protagonist and Excuse Plot
