    So I gave a question you said give some money to parents how much though because they be been giving them 1,100 every month since I was 17 that’s when I started working and I’m 28 I can’t afford to leave because they don’t let me save up, they say everyone pays rent but the thing is they don’t give me a break

    There is some really good advice in this video and is really needed right now. Thanks for sharing this awesome content. I didn't have a car when I started out, so it was important to me to figure out if I could rent out the parking space if it came with - another income source and worked out great

    I am renting now and it is taking the most out of my salary. The cheapest I could of get at the time. The cost of living on the island is very high.
    This is very frustrating on the other hand you need to live comfortable.

      Idk if someone who's never even lived alone before would be ready to take on the task of a landlord, also 3.5% is way too low of a deposit lol you'll end up paying 1.5x the houses worth just on interest- I'd recommend renting for a couple years first.

    Rather save for a house and I’m blessed to have parents that encourage me to do so. Why would I want to pay rent that’s contributing to someone else’s mortgage 😂 I plan to move out within the next 2 years in a 200-250k townhouse/condo. Plenty of places like NC/VA/TX with affordable homes.

    Parents, if you have adult children living at home with you, stop providing all kinds of services for free, (laundry, shopping, cooking meals, waking them up, transportation, giving money or paying their bills.!) I see this mistake all the time and hear the parent's frustrated because 'kids' are not preparing for adult life on their own.!
    Your job as a parent, is to work yourself OUT of a job, not become perfect in perpetuity at it!.. (And you may need to expand your identity beyond that of just "parent" after the full time parenting days are ending!) It's a great role and time of life, but its not a perpetual career!)
    "Teach your children well" starting at age 2 and 3 (with age-appropriate tasks and expectations!) ie:
    putting away laundry, helping to carry parcels and groceries and put away inside, how to take care of their possessions, spaces you have lent them (like bedrooms- news flash - THEY DON'T OWN any part of YOUR property, so when they get mouthy and entitled, and slam the door and tell you to stay out of THEIR room, you can just remove YOUR door to YOUR room, and inform them how things work ! ), and common spaces , all property maintenance inside and outside, personal finances -including paying the bills with you so they grow up with a realistic sense of where money goes and how much, and planning and saving for things you want to be able to do, care of the body and health, thinking about and planning for future goals, care of pets or anyone that is dependent on you for its wellbeing...
    They need to know how to take GOOD care of themselves and anything they may be or become responsible for, to be considered an adult! Bigger body is NOT the end definition of full adult.
    (enlightened self interest here too, for they may be taking care of YOU someday. Wouldn't you like to know they can do it WELL and not- half-assed!)
    When they get jobs, start charging them 'rent', (and you can save it up (some or all of it )and present them with it later on if you would like). Gets them used to not just wasting all their money away in the perpetual teenage 'party-hearty' lifestyle!
    And yes, WHERE EVER they live, they will be subject to the rules of THAT establishment, like it or lump it.Parents,

    • @quiqui87
      @quiqui87 Рік тому +5

      Giving that money back to the adult child would be a dream scenario but Realistically Most parents who charge their children rent are using that money for their own benefit. They use it on the current mortgage or utilities and car note payments that they have.

    As an investor your focus should be on cryptocurrency bitcoin to be precise as it have jumped 15.5% this year so far it has lots of grounds t cover and lots of profits to be be made trading. It is not advisable to go into the market unguided as it have shone to be a wrong move multiple time, I for one can testify as i lost thinking i can do it myself with the help of Thomas Fuller I was able recover and earn over 4 bitcoin last year when the market was in bear cycle. This year profit will definitely be higher.
