Hello, fellow musical internet stranger. I've been living with lupus for decades. Medical intervention didn't help much (and often made things worse) so I quit seeing doctors. I research solutions myself. One amazing supplement I found is N Acetyl Cistein, or NAC. This time last year, my lungs were so congested I needed an asthma inhaler that I couldn't get unless I saw a doctor. The NAC has cleared up wheezing and congestion that I've had for years, and has helped to reduce inflammation. I still have really bad days, but I can function marginally better with NAC (and cannabis). Give it at least a month, but I hope you see improvement in two weeks. Be strong and well. Blessed be.
I also have MCAS. I too can only eat a few things. My throat closes as well. I have found things to make me better (I am better). Go to a Functional Medicine Doctor. I take quercetin (1000 mg) when I have a reaction . My theory on why we have this…..we are over loaded with toxins. I take tuca, aloe, charcoal & chorella to detox. I ONLY drink filtered water (not from plastic) & sleep on linen sheets (not polyester). You probably have leaky gutt so u need L glutamine to rebuild your gutt lining. I went on an all “grass feed, grass finished diet”. I am now better (but cautious). It took a year of strict eating to become non reactive. I would even react in stores to smells & electromagnetic waves. 🙏❤️
