Games actually hilariously fun... only downside is there's no level match ups. So you get thrown into the sweats 😅
Yo I agree, PvP is a bit of a turnoff with some of these sweats out there acting like it's the newest esport they gotta train for.
My buddies and I turned on the game today and was having fun with the campaign but the campaign won'r progress while in a party.
So we went to PVP and got matched with level 50 players.
We got destroyed. It was not fun.
This game only makes sense if you play it with a whole organized team of friends - otherwise it just seems extremely chaotic and out of your control
It IS very good, to me xD
Addicting gameplay man and the matches can be very intense.
Gnomes. Do they watch Mind Pulp videos?
Yes can confirm as a Gnome
I know the game isn't everyone's preference but I don't think its bad by any means. Its probably the most fun I've had with a Harry Potter game since the old Gamecube/PS2 games.
I think it's because the graphics are somehow worse than the ps2 games.
@@Lotsoflettersforaname lol

@@Lotsoflettersforaname It's literally not though, it's an art-style that they chose on purpose. I seriously don't understand how you can compare this to PS2 graphics. I could understand if you said PS3, but it just sounds like ignorance or trolling to compare it to PS2.

i know you are complaining but i would legit love to see some kind of golden ball in football or rugby, imagine how hard the players would go to try and get that it would be brutal

I hope not many people are offended but I find this game very fun, the mechanics are well done and the gameplay in all roles is satisfactory, I sincerely believe that people who cry about the game or are so bad at playing that they are incapable of enjoy all the gameplay that the game offers, and if it offends that with this I am saying that I am good at the game, it is the truth that I am and I really enjoy the gameplay in pvp against people of my level, it is the best, and another reason why i think people throw hate at the game may be because of the woke, I don't like it either but it cannot be denied that it is a fun game, I just hope they add more content.
I think its a fun game. Its $30 with no micro-transactions. Fun quick gameplay.
6:02 haha that caught me so off guard that I did a spit take when you played the Tokyo drift song 😂
First people ive seen play it so far that didn't enjoy it. Me and my buds have been having an absolute blast. It gets very intense.
@@BlakeN-o6l rly? You think there is no improvement since the ps2 games? You honestly believe that the game should have been pass pass special move, ended with a 5 second snitch chase ending the game? Instead of having four fully fledged out roles?
Gonna need you to take off those rose tinted nostalgia glasses for a moment.
Its an entirely different game. The old one was designed with single player in mind, this one with pvp.

That's where I'm at right now, I don't get why people are saying "I knew this game was going to be bad" as if the game didn't just release most gameplay footage recently.
I guess the golden snitch is named Larry Sinclair.
Gromblo looks like the vitiligo character from Dustborn
Imagine getting hit by an iron ball.
For context a bludger is described as a black iron ball that was ten inches in diameter which were bewitched to fly around and try to knock the players off of their broomsticks.
A standard NBA basketball has a diameter between 9.43 and 9.51 inches.
So a bludger is not just an iron ball. It's also slightly bigger than a basketball.
"He won the world cup"
*Plays the Champions league theme song*
1:49 actually no Viktor Krum did not win the world cup, in the books he does indeed catch the snitch, like he does in the movie, but in the book the Irish team was in the lead with over 200 points where as Bulgaria had only scored 10 or was it 0? Krum knew they would never catch up to that lead, so he caught the snitch to end the match on his own terms.
11:18 yeah that dude is definitely dead. That’s what happens when you add a metal seeking ball to your game.
I’m not gonna lie, I didn’t know this existed up until watching this video
Keep up the good work gents. Great format, you guys bounce off each other well. Love it.
Ok...this game is awful 😂. 19:47 Why does every little cutscene sound like an ad for the game you are already playing?
They hype it up like some profound religious experience 😂 like come on whoever made this game, it's quidditch ffs. It's not citizen kane
you got the four types of player: handball; goalie and the secret rings; assault and battery; speed racer

Not every game needs to be Wukong.
@@PowerofRock24 I mean, at the era we're in, in which every game is excusing itself to be 70-80 based game and then having fixes be consider 20 USD 'DLC', people really should start having the expectations of Wukong leveled gameplay.

1:49 Well I don't think that's the world cup song but you do you. 😂😂
I wasn't expecting the game to be Game of the Year or amazing. It's fun to play for a few hours with some friends. It has the nostaliga factor. It fixes that itch. If your only main criticism is it's too fast then I don't know what to tell you. Quidditch is supposed to be fast. Hopefully you don't play games that require you to be fast and on your feet. LMFAO.
the reappearance of the "f**king pronouns!" guy caught me off guard and I laughed so hard 😂
I know you guys are satirizing your gameplay...but honestly...I think this game is...ok...it's not an easy game at first that's true but like Rocket League as you play it becomes more automatic and easier to play...I played it on Day One and I know what I'm talking about.
BtW The rules in this game are different than in the Harry Potter books, movies, and other games, because this way the gameplay is more balanced and all the roles are revealing.
Love seeing the wealdstone raider referenced in the year of our Luigi 2024

Nah, I played it recently on an Emulator just before this new Quidditch game released. Without the nostalgia factored in, the game is kinda trash.

I love beating people, not through my skills in the game, but by tilting them so hard they cant play effectively
AcTuAlLy MiNd PuLp... Vwictor Kwumb didn't win the World Cup. His team was 160 points behind. He did catch the snitch tho. But the final score was 170-160 Ireland. People say he caught it to end the game on his own terms.... I think he cant count and biffed it on accident.
The whole catching the snitch for 150 points and ending the match is stupid. I don't think JK Rowling knows how sports work. Quidditch with just the Quaffle and Bludgers is a cool game. Finding the snitch on broomstick is a cool game. But NOT together. Those should be 2 separate sports.
Top shelf zaza got me *punting* the *quaffle* down the *pitch* .
Opps be calling me "the snitch" the way I ruin the game for everyone.
Harry you're a snitch seeker now

I actually really enjoy it. There definitely needs to be some control layout tweaks. Like pass and shoot should be different buttons. But im pretty happt with everything else seeing as how it was free with ps plus subscription. No micro transactions for the whole game, able to upgrade and customize your whole team. Online is fun. I dont think anybody was expecting a huge game 😂
For real. Press A to shoot at the hoops, but one of your teammates happens to cross your path at the _microsecond_ you tap the button. Oops!
Grabbing the snitch immediately ends the game and gives 150 points but it doesn't guarantee victory.
So... "isn't very good" = "It's too fast for us to follow, thats why the game is bad"
Nah it just looks boring and the rules are dumb
