Thank you for making such thorough videos! I'll be renting out my class C as a stationary rental and I really appreciate the info you shared!
Awesome, best of luck! What city are you renting out of?
Agree 100% with the deposit
Sometimes I think I should make it even higher1
Thank you for the very helpful series!
As a newbie to TT, I find the option to rent out a rig as an incentive to make the big decision!
It's a nice option. I do worry that the market is getting oversaturated, so I would recommend that a new RV owner doesn't solely count of rental income to make payments etc.
Hi Matt. thanks for the new video. Me and my family have been learning a bunch from you guys. Specifically RV rentals. Your videos and insight are great. Thank you so much!
Just wanted to get your advice: we are renting our travel trailer for the 1st time and was curious if the renter brings their own weight distribution hitch or do we as owners provide it to them?
Keep up the great work and look forward to your videos. Have a blessed day!
TY! We have the renters use our WD system. We have them measure their receiver hgt in advance then adjust ours to fit.
Good luck!
I looke forward to each new video as they all have been pretty informative as we started our first year of renting out our TT. Thank you to you and your family.
Awesome! Thank you!
I really like the idea of a quick reference sheet sheet on the tongue and your checklists. Very good organization my friend.
Thank you!
Thanks for the videos! They are very informative and I appreciate that!
My pleasure!
I really appreciate the videos that you guys produce, very helpful.
Thanks for watchin!
Im planning to rent my RV your videos help a lot
Thank you and best of luck!
Great information on your rental program. It seems that rental companies take a good chunk of money 💰. Google luck on your sideline business.
Thank you!
For the late season rentals how do you deal with the renters using the rig during freezing weather, winterizing, and preventing freeze damage? Can we get a video discussing this?
I've talked about it in previous video and will again in our upcoming season recap. If it's out late in the season and there is going to be sustained temps below freezing I will winterize it and tell them that the water systems are not available.
Love the new Flagstaff!
TY
Where can I find your website? Big thanks for these vids!

As a fellow 2400 owner in MN, I like when you take it to MN state parks.
The 2400 is a great rig, kinda sad that it's not our primary camper anymore, but we may still take it out from time to time. Where you from and do you have a fav park?
Hi Matt, when you rent, how and where do you clean your rv, if renters pay for clean?
We wash and clean right in our driveway. Even when it comes back pretty dirty, we can get it rental ready within an hour. We don't like to nickel and dime folks, so we only charge a cleaning fee if it comes back excessively dirty.
Would renting out a really cute renovated pop up be worth it?
Thats a good question and I'm not 100% sure. Best way to find out is to search Outdoorsy listings for pop ups. Look at their reviews and upcoming calendar. That should show you if they are actually being rented out or not.
@@DriveNorth Thank you so much!
Do you need to get an LLC for the amount of business you are getting through your rental?
It's not necessary, but not a bad idea if you had multiple trailers. I don't have one and I'm fine.
What do you charge for delivery and setup? Per mile or flat fee?
Since I work full time, I don't have the flexibility to deliver, so we don't have it as an option.
Great info and video. Watching your channel got me to get a rig now and rented out to help pay for it can you send me your website address. I would like to download your checklist. And I can’t find how to get to your website.
