The curls are fine😍 and you're right, retie is something one should put into consideration before installing microlocs. The higher the number the longer the retie. But retie doesn't bother me😁 I usually take my time with it.
Try washing every 4 weeks and starting to retie your hair at the 6th week mark..... if you start reties at 4 weeks - that's too much pressure on your scalp even though your reties take 2 weeks to finish. Hope you understand. Best wishes and growth
I enjoyed the video. Kia is such a cutie with so much to say. 😂 I am a #newsubscriber and I am also documenting my journey on UA-cam. How has you Microlocs changed, if ant, in the last two months?
Thank you! 🥰 I’ve noticed my hair looking a little longer and fuller over the last few months. I’m excited to see what changes I notice as time progresses.
I'm trying to decide if I want to do a 2 point or a 3 point rotation. Any advice? I get my starter locks (2 strand twists) in a few days and will retighten probably every 4 or 5 weeks
I heard 2 point rotation is more flat while 3 point gives your loc a more rounder fuller look. I’ve been doing 3 point rotation because I like the fuller look.
@@abiesdiymicrolocsjourney9571 interesting! I guess that makes sense. Thank you so much for responding. My loctician said the 2 point can lead to holes in the loc. And 3 point is more secure. She recommended 3 point
2 months went by fast! What do you think of the new style I tried? 😅 key words ... "I tried" Lol
You son is adorable! Oh, I love your Loc's too! LOL!

Thank you 🥰 I’m hoping I get more comfortable with it in time. I’m supposed to be on my 2nd retie now but I’ve been procrastinating! 😩😂
surprisingly, it took me 8 hrs for my first retie of 246 starter microlocs
Looks great! Locs look great on you. I loved the cameo from Kai!
Thank you!!🥰 I’m absolutely loving the locs!

Yes it does! Thanks so much. That’s a good plan and I’m hoping to get my reties down to one week then hopefully just a few days. 🤞🏾😃
