After you mentioned the luck I remembered one of the runs I had Got a luck up pill with Placebo By the end of the run I had over 50 luck which was enough for most luck-based tear modifiers if not all of them Sadly I didn't have many that time besides the apple with a razor but it was still very fun

here's a tip: you can enter devil rooms without losing the chance, and even take black hearts and open red chests (and even take items from them!) actually buying a devil deal WILL reduce your angel chance though so you can enter the first devil room and see if its worth going devil rooms or not
Yeah but if you skip the first devil room you get a guaranteed angel room next time you get the right % then after that both devil and angel rooms can spawn once again
