Squarebody NP208 Transfer Case full rebuild with 32 spline input shaft

Here we rebuild an NP208 transfer case and convert the input shaft from a 27 spline to a 32 spline for compatibility with a 4L80e transmission. And tackle some issues along the way.

There is a o-ring on shift shaft and a retainer easy to get to when apart

Where did you put the new thrust bearing at 14:49?

What output shaft for the prop shaft seal is that. It looks like one from a NP241
