ശരിയാണ്‌ ചേട്ടായി ഇപ്പോഴും ഞാൻ Body Shaming അനുഭവിച്ചോണ്ടിരിക്കാണ്. അതും എനിക്ക് കുടവയറിന്റെ പ്രശ്നം. എനിക്ക് എവിടെ പോയാലും എന്റെ കുടവയറിനെ കുറിച്ച് ചോദ്യം ചെയ്യലും പരിഹസിക്കൽ ഒന്നിനും ഒരു കുറവുമില്ല. അതൊക്ക ഞാൻ കേൾകുന്നുണ്ടെങ്കിലും ജീവിതകാലം മുഴുവനും അതും ഓർത്തു വിഷമിക്കാറില്ല. കുറച്ചൊക്കെ കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ ഞാൻ ഈ പറഞ്ഞതൊക്കെ മറന്ന് സന്തോഷമായിരിക്കും. Because എനിക്ക് എന്റെ സ്വന്തം ശരീരത്തോട് എനിക്ക് അത്രയും സ്നേഹമാണ് Bro.

There are numerous short films about body shaming but in this one 'Sreekutty' is fit also to pick up an almirah and save that guy. It is a very unique approach by SKJ talks. The main motto is fitness, and not just mindless eating eventually becoming obese. In the name of body positivity, many influencers or UA-camrs promote unhealthy habits. This is the first video I have seen where so much positivity is shown regarding physique.

ആദ്യമേ നല്ല തടിയുണ്ടായിരുന്നു, ഇപ്പൊ 2കുട്ടികൾ ആയി അപ്പൊ ഒന്നും കൂടി തടി കൂടി.ഇപ്പൊ നല്ല ഓവർ തടിയാണ്. അതെനിക്കും അറിയാം കാണുന്നവർക്കും അറിയാം, സ്വന്തം ഹസ്ബൻഡ് പോലും ഇപ്പൊ തടി എന്നാണ് വിളിക്കാറ്, എന്റെ nick name പോലും ഇപ്പൊ മറന്നു പോയി,ഹസ്ബൻഡ് തമാശക്ക് വിളിക്കുന്നതാണ് എന്നെനിക്കറിയാം. എങ്കിലും അത് കേൾക്കുമ്പോ ഭയങ്കര വെറുപ്പാണ്, സങ്കടാണ്. പിന്നെ ചിരിച്ചു അത് തള്ളും, ചിലപ്പോ ഒക്കെ അതോർത്തു കരയും😢.പണ്ട് മുതലേ ഇത് കേട്ട് ശീലിച്ചതാണ്, എങ്കിലും കേൾക്കുമ്പോൾ മനസ്സിൽ തട്ടും. സത്യം പറഞ്ഞ കേട്ട് മടുത്തു.
