I love this look. I have a long narrow low cabinet I built and did a faux granite finish with paint on the top. Its not quite believable so I can sand it lightly and do the epoxy part on top using the old painted finish as the base. I think it'll look amazing! Thanks 😊
Love this! I can’t believe how beautiful this turned out. OMGosh, I can’t wait until I learn to do these techniques Thank you again for the inspiration!.
I would love to do my old countertop, but have a lip on it that goes up and then over. Do you think I can epoxy or do you think it would puddle? I wish i could show you a pic of what I'm talking about
WOW!! Love this finish! So cool how you incorporated the mica flakes AND the Montana marble effect sprays. I am definitely going to try this out pronto. These finishes where you do the base "dry" details and then add layers and layers via the epoxy coat are so realistic and beautiful. Way to go, as always, Rhonda! Happy New Year to you - keep up the great video content!
Hey! I love your videos and plan to do a granite style countertop in my home! I have one question, though! When you use spray paint over the top of epoxy does it effect the hardness/hardiness of the counter? Is it good to do a clear coat or epoxy over the top?
I had a doubt dear, is Epoxy resin materials can used for outside on sun, I mean is it useful to make outside furniture like coffee table for outdoor purpose?.
Hi there. Epoxy is ok outside as long as it’s under a shade. It’s not recommended to be in direct sunlight. I have a table on my patio that’s 5 years old and in fantastic condition. 😊
I disliked this at first but every time i see the thumbnail I think it’s beautiful! I don’t want the starc black but this is what I want in my kitchen... I think lol.
Absolutely stunning!

Great question. Yes you’ll want to pour a clear flood coat over your color coat to ensure you get the durability from the epoxy.

Thanks Paul!!! 😊😊
I think we need a T-Shirt that says "Be Sure to Address Your Edges!"
It’s in the works!!! 😊😊
@@RK3Designs haha, that’s awesome, I can’t wait!
Lesson learned here. Prep takes longer then the pour in many cases. I suck at prep
Me too!! 😂😂
For the Behr paint and primer on one coat does the finish matter (flat, matte, semi-gloss.....)
Sorry I’m just seeing this. I like a satin finish.
Nice
Live it. Can you please put the camera closer next time. We didn't see anything when you started with shopping bags. Thanks
I will definitely pass this on to my videographer!! Thanks so much for your feedback. 😊
Still can’t get it lol
😂😂
Montana marble effect where can I purchase it at?
Amazon
You can also buy it at many higher end art supply stores as well as Plaza Art online.
Thank you :)
Someone tell me the formula for pricing a customer
Many factors involve, your area, what your materials cost are, how much you feel you need to make, etc.
