    I have become addicted to your videos, lol!! I want to try this in our living room but I think I need to practice first... When you do these videos, it would be nice if you left a section "untouched" v. blending, spraying, brushing, etc. I always think your product looks great, and then you come in and do something else to it and I'm left wondering what it WOULD HAVE looked like... As a novice, it would be nice to see you work the same colors across several boards, but as you blend or brush or spray, you leave one untouched.... It would be good for those of us who don't know what we're doing to see what the "next step" would do

      Our products are actually industrial coating made for military aircraft
      hangers, etc. So theoretically in a residential, or even commercial setting it
      will last forever. This is NOT a cheap epoxy paint that you will commonly
      find at box stores like Home Depot or sherwin Williams. It is a thick 100%
      solids epoxy coating.

      @@LeggariProducts Can you please site your sources on this claim? I've read aircraft grade epoxy has 5-year life expectancy when used in a food processing manufacturing plant with heavy foot traffic, pallet usage, and forklift operation.
      Plus, epoxy suffers terribly to any window light from the sun's UV-rays, whereas a factory you will probably not have a single window.
      I'd like to hear stories of customers who have had this in their homes for 5+ years and show the sunlight hitting the flooring and another picture of that same area at night.

      Their videos (so many more than just this one) are fantastic, and their website is pretty impressive. It has all kinds of calculators built in, and it works. I tried both "counter" and "floor" sides of the website (though I did not complete the purchases). If I were to make a recommendation, I would suggest adding better descriptions to the effect styles and pigment choices, and add a third tab for "sample," but overall, imho, Leggari's website is well designed, aesthetically pleasing, properly functional and professional. Good job, Leggari.

    Amazing video 🤣 what's the difference between the 2 alcohol sprays you used? Isopropyl and denatured

    • @LeggariProducts
      @LeggariProducts  6 років тому +2

      We use isopropyl to give the epoxy a dispersing effect and we will mist the product with denatured alcohol if we get a few bubbles to disperse them. Thanks

    Good work. I have 2 question. If a hot pot in put on it does it mess up the surface? Second can you prepare food in counter cover by this product? Thank you very much for you hard work

    • @LeggariProducts
      @LeggariProducts  6 років тому

      The epoxy can withstand up to 450 degrees. We do not recommend cutting food on top of any countertop surface.

    this is fantastic . i need to ask : can we add clear layer over this one, to get flat surface ? if yes , i think we need to sand it a little bit with 220 , but here where the problem will come ,cs , when you will sand this surface there is some points, where the isopropanol hits , this pionts will be lower than the rest of the surface , and it will not be sanded , and when you add the next layer of epoxy , it will not stick well to this points , and we will get some pinholes in this points

      We do not get bubbles in our product. We have a high end epoxy that has an additive in it to make the bubbles rise to the surface and pop on their own. Thanks

    could these metallic colors be used on a final epoxy coat on a boat? love the first one's colors

    • @LeggariProducts
      @LeggariProducts  5 років тому

      This would not be a good application for a boat because of the water and the elements outdoor can amber the epoxy over time.

    Looks awesome, but do those divots go away after spraying the alcohol?

    • @LeggariProducts
      @LeggariProducts  5 років тому

      They are not divots, those are the dispersing effects from the isopropyl alcohol that give it a fish eyed look.

      We don't recommend sinks because the vertical surface will make the epoxy just run and not good as good as look as the countertop surface.
