Bel Air is a neighborhood on the Westside of Los Angeles, California, in the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains which was founded in 1923. The community was founded in 1923 by Alphonzo Bell. Bell owned farm property in Santa Fe Springs, California, where oil was discovered. He bought a large ranch with a home on what is now Bel Air Road. Bel Air is also part of Platinum Triangle. The front elevation of this house and the grounds are magnificent- looks like a CG movie set. I love the backyard water-feature wall with overhanging trees- so serene. However, I think I've looked at so many modern house tours that I'm losing my taste for classic, ornate interiors. This house was too palatial to be homey but beautiful to admire. I hope you guys get your dream cars soon and please give us a tour of them when you do.

Enes you are really professional and have a very calm and relaxed style, everything from the camera angles, editing and background music is very cool and stylish. What a gorgeous mansion. I love the majestical staircase with this very beautiful balustrade. I am a huge fan of arches and there are plenty in this home. Very expensive materials like marble and granit are used for this sophisticated property. This property, in about twenty years, will still be as beautiful as today. Timeless elegance. I love the exterior of the home. The guesthouse just looks stunning.

One of the best interiors ive seen- the combo of the marble and beautiful woods. The entry ceiling reminds me of that beautiful 69M home down in Newport Coast. Keep up the great work! Not gonna lie, this house is absolutely stunning! And I'm not a fan of the traditional grand architecture where everything is a walled off room
Not only is it great to see such amazing homes but have unexpectedly learned what I like and what I don't like. This is a nice home. It would need a bit of updating but still beautiful.

This house was simply beautiful! You showed the house perfectly and covered the huge square footage! I loved how you added the Q&A with the listing agent and the detailed garage showing! My favorite part of the house was the spa. I would personally make the theater room a gym or yoga space. That spa would be perfect after a workout! I certainly wouldn't live in a house this big because of the "mausoleum" vibes it gives me, a little cold maybe; but we cannot escape the fact that the attention to detail it's been put into is something out of this world. The house itself is a piece of art harmonically composed by individual pieces that make it unique. If I had to describe it in one word, that is EXQUISITE.
