*SICK* Federal Signal Thunderbolt 1000T Siren Test - Thomaston, GA

At 1:00 pm, The Upson County Emergency Management Agency has conducted a test of their Outdoor Warning Siren System. They are tested every First and Third Wednesday of the month, weather permitting.
Since this is the last Third Wednesday of 2023, I decided to record one last siren for 2023 before we hit 2024. I have chosen to go to the 1000T by the church on Logtown Rd. I know that this siren was installed in September 2017, and it was originally a 1000. I was told that the siren's chopper motor got fried from lightning, and it was now converted to a 1000T, I'm not sure what phase it is, nor do I know if the chopper level is at 2 or 3 at this moment. This siren is located at the Logtown Bethel Church on 3100 Logtown Rd, in Thomaston, GA.

Finally Logtown gets another recording.
Was this recorded on a cold day? The chopper motor could be cold at first (causing the siren to be low pitched than normal) then it warms up during the test.
It wasn't really cold at all, so the chopper motor was not cold. Jeb says it could be the brushes inside the chopper motor or something. He's going to fix it.

Chopper level sounds a lil bit low, like maybe level 2 or 3?

Did they lower the chopper level, or is this thing crapping out?
I'm not certain at this time. All I know is that it was originally a 1000, but they swapped the motor and chopper due to lightning frying the converter, and it is now a 1000T.
