Don't know about the other versions,but the sword looks exactly the same in the PS1 version. I suppose you are referring to how in this video the sword familiar has a glowy layer over its edge,but that is something that is also achievable in the PS1 version. You just have to get it too level 90 first.
You forgot the familiar "N.Demon" he is found in the ceiling in the upper portion of coliseum, it's in the center upper room need to use a mace or throw axes to find it. So in other words you need to rename your video to almost all familiar locations, 😆 nice attempt though.
