Yes, sure. Firstly you will get a number of maps online and offline to know the route, secondly once you start the trek you will meet no other people so, you can ask them and villagers too. If you are a moderate trekker then better to do some prior workout as altitude is the biggest problem with low oxygen, other than no issue with safety. Just keep yourself aware and prepared. 👍

Few stretches are extremely dangerous. You have to be very careful while trekking. There's no scope of second chance.
We were lucky that because of fog we could not see how deep it was so we crossed it but while returning we realized how scarry it was.
