Koteshwar in Kathmandu near airport is the place to book tickets. Or You can go to Chabhill many travel agents books tickets for salleri. All of them starts at early on the morning from KTM

Yes, if you are going via lukla then you need to take permit from Monjo. Watch this series in Episode four or five we have shared details of it.

Khud se gaye. Aur flight wala route Lukla se start hota hai hamne salleri wala route se kiya tha.

On the same day we took the next jeep and in a small village and next morning it took us 2 hours to reach thamdand from. That village.

Yes advance booking is compulsory. These jeeps leave Kathmandu early morning around 5
How much it costed for the car Kathmandu to Solukumbhu?
Private car is not allowed in this region, you need to take sharing taxi which will cost you around Rs. 2000 NPR per person.
