Love the tall palm tree in the corner of the yard (the only ones where I live are potted). That pool area is a little oasis !!

Tha yard looks great. Outdoor shed was a great idea and I am sure it will extend the life of the washer electronics. I was wondering do you ever feel isolated living so far from town? I know you can drive into town, I would also prefer the peace and quiet of that area. Have a good evening and regards to Dave 😊
Hello!!! I actually love this location... close enough to get to town in 20 mins... far enough away to not deal with traffic, noise and congestion :)
And we have the option of going south to Pranburi and Paknampran easily.

I love Hua hin stayed there 2vweeks on my recent 3 month tour ... im coming back in September this year ... looking to rent for 12 months ...wud love to rent a property like this... its perfect ... do you know if there are rentals or agency that may have something similar ? ... fantastic home improvementj to your home ❤

We discovered that one of the lots we are looking at is in the same subdivision where your house is at one question your husband did a video on a condo that was from friends of yours that were was wanting to rent it long-term. We are coming back in the area for the last four days to work out some agreement with the contractor do you think your guises friends rent for four nights? Let us know please thank you.

We’re looking to make the move in the spring/summer of 25 from the USA. Love the Hua Hin pool villas, hoping to get a comparable deal as you guys did. Really curious if bringing money into the country for a purchase like this, would it be subject to any taxes with the new tax laws?
At this point, no one knows about the future of the tax situation here. Bring some cash and you will definitely need to bring in money to do your retirement visa. How much u need to pay for pool maintainance cost?
1800 baht a month... he comes 2x a week :)
