You said to to charge certain prices upfront for the challenges where if they hit a certain goal they get money back or gym credit, yet when do we charge them. Do we collect their credit card over the phone during one of the reach outs? charge them during their first class? or another time?
One question, in several videos I heard you say that your rule is to do no more than 3 sessions per week, does this mean that in the 6 week challenge they get 18 sessions? and in the 21 day challenge they get 7? I am a bit confused
We've found the best results come from having a fitness component within a martial arts studio to attract new members works best - ESPECIALLY if it's adults only
Im gonna open a gym in a area where there's only one competitor. We already have a few ideas that will makes us standout from them. What tips do you have that can lead us to increase more memberships. Love from Portugal
If she gets ger money back if she wins the challenge arent you incentivized for her not to win? Of course you want her to stay long term but dosent it seem that way?
@@GymLaunch I heard you mention in a different webinar that they get the 600$ back either in cash or, as you said, applied to their next membership. What if they request cash back? It would be risky to use the 600$ as adspend for CAC if it's possible I need to return it all later.
I have a question, during these 90 days do you take profits or as you gain more clients do you just expand your marketing budget to include all the funds from newly acquired customers?
If you offer 3 options - challenge, large group, and open access give em open access if they say no to the first 2. Then you have them as a customer and can upsell later on
Love the content but I’m worried about the offer. My program is not that great to be charging $599. Any advice on how to improve my offer to justify a price of $599?

Great info! I'm going to use this info ASAP!
Awesome!
Do I charge a monthly fee for this client who is doing the challenge? Or is the gym included
it's included

If you can close them over the phone charge them then. But the important part is that you can cover your acquisition costs quickly.

Correct on 6 weeks, they get 18 sessions and 21 days they get 9 sessions
Does this work for only gyms or can this work for online coaches/in person trainers?
Incredible
Thank you 🙏🏽
Great content
how do you make money on the down sell when its only 49 per week with 3 training sessions per week?
It's large group (16+ in a session) so the margins are great
What result must the participants achieve in order to win? Is it a fixed weight or percentage of BW?
Typically we see 15-25lbs lost or 4-6% body fat - however it really depends on what you want to do
Hi what adaptions would you do for martial arts studios that do not do children classes?

Have an exceptional offer - provide fitness, nutrition, and accountability....over deliver for your clients and create an exceptional community
Hi, great content, thanks for putting this out here. Im just wondering how is it a free challenge if they are paying for it upfront?
If she gets ger money back if she wins the challenge arent you incentivized for her not to win? Of course you want her to stay long term but dosent it seem that way?
Great question! The amount is then applied into their next membership.

Take profits whenever you can, but if you're getting really cheap lead costs, I would maximize your client acquisition
This is insane, is it work for Brazil?
concepts will work anywhere
What if they say no to option B? Especially if it is an access only facility with $30 monthly memberships and they just want unlimited access.
If you offer 3 options - challenge, large group, and open access give em open access if they say no to the first 2. Then you have them as a customer and can upsell later on

The video mostly talks about acquisition. But what about Grand Slam offer creation?
@@liftpress912 Hormozi wrote $100 Million dollar offers for this, its $.99 on amazon
EDIT: Its now about $10 actually
