GYM OWNERS This Is How You Can Get Up To $100k In FREE Money!
Gotta make sure you don't pay employees what you CAN. Always pay minimum.
what happens if a client doesn't reach the goal? Does the deposit get credited to a membership?
You said to to charge certain prices upfront for the challenges where if they hit a certain goal they get money back or gym credit, yet when do we charge them. Do we collect their credit card over the phone during one of the reach outs? charge them during their first class? or another time?
Literally have no clue what he’s talking about. Just sounds lime a lot of jargon
Smart 👍
Sir I am a very big fan of you I want to learn from you
I SUBSCRIBED just because of this video Great advice
Appreciate that!
Sir I want to learn gym business from you
Thing is ripping out cash can create a much larger tax liability than if you draw out over time in a more efficient way
In 3 years I bet he doesn't provide an update with verifiable data that anything he predicted has happened.
Daam great Advice
🙏🏽
Gyms are a TERRIBLE business model for independent. 24hr Crunch will always crush you.
Have to disagree there, obviously you need to be in the right area, but if you can offer high quality training facilities, with the best trainers offering PT and group ex, with top class facilities maintained to the highest standards, then that's a great foundation. Don't forget there's more than just "the gym", people are looking at "wellness" a lot more now so things like yoga, hot yoga, steam and sauna, cold plunge, there's a market out there
@@jackp80have to disagree with your disagreement independent gyms never make it in this market only big chain companies, an independent gym can’t afford to loose memberships they be closed within a year if they don’t have enough active members
Absolute cap. 24 hrs fitness studios will get crushed by group fitness studios. Crunches members actually showed up they will go out of business. Cash flow doesnt match what they would put out in maintenance
This is crazy information to be giving for free! Thank you!
As far as the 6 week challenge offer. 699 dollars gives the leads what exactly?
Who cares when you can go to the gym and become famous for looking over. Now the world knows you as a creep because of a woman o. F account
lol, no. Each market sector has different margins depending on risk. The margin of an industry is determined by the risk beta times the market rate. If everyone could just go out and guarantee 30% returns the indexes wouldn’t just make 7% average. A restaurant as an example has a 30/30/30 for food, labor, and rent. The cap rate on a restaurant is 7-10 years making the average return somewhere around 10-15%. Construction companies make 2% NET, but that even depends on the risk, as you get further down the hierarchy into third and fourth tier subs the expected margin increases but the risk of not being paid also goes up. Clips like this make teenagers and college students think that evil corporate overlords are out there taking their 30%.
Payroll should be where most of your expenses go IMO. Employees dont just do 30 percent of yhe work they make or break the company
COGS??...
But payroll is an expense....
lol. Yes, but she means non-employee derived expenses.
So just 30 net. Got it.
People be hating on planet fitness but if you actually go and you actually work out there nothing wrong with it the only problem is you can’t drop weights or nothing because of the lunk alarm
Lmao calling a $150/month gym a mid range gym is insane. I’d call the “low end” of gym memberships anything under $30. I’d say midrange stops somewhere around $70. You could argue I’m pulling these numbers out of my ass, but then again, so are you.
I've been considering converting a storage unit complex into a custom gym based off gym members preference. I would have an app where the gym member could choose what they wanted in their personal gym space.
And then he got no new clients for years
Quality or quantity. Gotta sacrifice one for the other.
Always thought about this
A lot of amazing information in here. My only initial thought was your numbers for the amount of clients to get during launch without knowing the market and what a realistic number would be in smaller towns/areas
Great video
This is a very good point. I’m gonna stick to the basics then I can look at other “fancy”shit
Lol 🤣🤣🤣 They should start a university on how to scam people
Do you have any recommendations on what type of service you sell ?
So when running the test for a non existing gym what is a lead? Is it a landing page and the one that gets the most click through? Do I set up an email and get people to email, this seems odd since there is not a real gym yet.
So, price point reflects profit… what a surprise.
Absolutely nothing was said in this video lol
No hook, no retain, increase price. Alex would be dissatisfied.
thats why my friends that are managers make 17.50 an hour in california working in planet fitness. cause the business isnt generating enought money
if you aint cheaper than the competition you are going out of business. thats how ALL business works.
then I can say u know nothing about how business works :)
@@nasibhalil only pointing out facts. only idiots would pay more. it's how business works. try selling something for more than your competitors and let me know how that works out for you .
@@nasibhalil i wish i could sell products for more $ than others, that is what ALL business owners wish for.
So not true lol. Tesla didn’t do this
That's if the product is perceived to be of equal value. You can charge more if you make your product seem more valuable, even if it's not.
took forever to say absolutely nothing.
Hey GymLaunch, what if im a marketing company running the offer for the gym and im getting paid per customer, I want my clients to succeed but on the other hand it seems that the only option I can do is give them back their money.. and that dosent sound profitable with the ad costs involved...
Don't get paid per customer since you can't control the fulfillment or their ability to convert them - OR make it very clear that you're getting paid per SIGN-UP and that the conversion is on them
Thanks so very much for this video!
awesome video love that ideas im working on it to the future gym project so far
Going from charging monthly to charging weekly was a game changer for me. When it comes to selling supplements, though, i found it hard to compete with vitamin Shoppe or Amazon pricing.
Bro is knocking multi-level sales while pitching you how to do multi-level sales with his brand. 😂
Multi-level marketing companies incentivize two things: 1) Growing your downline/network of sellers 2) Product sales And they pay commissions/bonuses for both of those. We do not - there is no downline, there is no recruitment of other affiliates, there is zero incentive outside of selling the actual products. It's just like a wholesale model without the upfront cost of inventory
@@GymLaunch It's semantics. People are still selling your product for you in which you get paid for and then pay them. That by definition is multi-level marketing friend.
@@JustaJuggernaut so it would be just like any franchise...or car manufacturer...or sales person in a company right? basically with that definition every company in the world is a multi-level marketing company...
🎉❤
Gym bro explains unperforming equity like an ape. So sick of everyone thinking they have some crazy insights.
Hey Gym Launch, I just watched your video and I must say that it was really informative and well-made. I was wondering if I could help you edit your videos and repurpose your long videos into highly engaging shorts? I can also make high CTR thumbnails for your channel
How would this work for a boxing fitness
Does this work for only gyms or can this work for online coaches/in person trainers?
“Pay too much to your trainers” is a wild thing to say. Take from the hands that feed you so you can have more money in your pocket?
Great trainers are vital to a gym - and they should be compensated fairly...but unless they're bringing in new business (which most do not in large group training facilities) they're not "feeding" the owner. Tough one to swallow for a lot of gym owners and trainers...
