What is your purpose with owning a gym??? One is it to help change people lives for the better being that bridge that can possibly take people there. Or Two is it about the money and working out is a passion of yours and now you own a gym that's making no revenue. If it's one your answer now is it is what it is. Hey man, do you mind making a video on how someone can go from just a regular job to owning a gym in, say, 3 years or so. It be cool to get advice on how you guys would go about it. Obviously this is what I want to do. I'm moving back to my parents house to save coin and buy a space to turn it into a decent size gym, with a health hub type attached, so sauna, ice bath etc. Also would love there to be a space for mma. There is an available rental space and an absolute need for one in my town. There are two small fitness centers here that are in terrible condition.
