Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra vs Watch 5 Pro - Samsung finally out with galaxy watch ultra and its been a week now. There are couple of things you need to know before going for galaxy watch ultra. And is there any real difference between watch ultra and watch 5 pro. Well, there are couple but would you consider buying watch ultra or want to stick with your watch 5 pro. The battery life is something people are most concerned about the galaxy watch ultra.

I have Both
I used a Watch 2 Active for about 3 years now. Samsung just gave me $100 to trade it in and I got myself a watch 6 44mm for $150. For me, the price difference was too much to pass on.
2yr old, $150 refurb, no longer produced, watch from some guy or $650(with finance options) from your carrier or corporate location? I went with the $650 option.
I'm getting it for 189 bucks.

I would have without even thinking about it bought the watch ultra if it had the rotating bezel but alas, I can keep my money 😂

Is ultra so big and heavy that its a problem? Or do you get used to it?
Obviously its bigger but compare to other ultra watch like Apple watch Ultra it is smaller and less thicker even less heavy
The ultra definitely is a problem because of its thickness and bulkiness, so pass on this,oh and no chargeing ultra with back of phone.Hopefully they'll do much better Next year 2025
@@rickjohns8394 I upgraded from the 5pro to the ultra for the extra water resistance, durability, brightness, and the shape.. I also like the bands better.. the way the 5pro bands attatch and sit is horrible imo.. i also enjoy the compass on the ultra.. cool feature.. as for the weight i got used to it pretty quickly and suspect it will only matter for those with tiny wrists.. this watch is not for the tiny people.lol
Samsung is crazy atm!? Why didnt they make an watch 6 pro with the same battery as the 5 Pro has and now an watch 7 ultra but with the same round shape and battery!?!? 🤯🤯🤯 I allways loved the round shape as this is for me a natural form of an watch but now they mabe it square allmost like an Apple watch!?!? 🤐🤐🤯🤯 For me a real no go and ill pass this watch and wait for the watch 8 pro/ultra wich i hope has an round shape. 🙏
Same, I don't like the new design at all 😖
What makes less sense to me is why not use the more square shape to supply more screen real estate. No need to rotate my finger around the screen, which is easy but not necessary.
The watch 5 pro is superior to the new ultra.
