Like every other hotel in London...this hotel also accomodate some percent of illegal immigrants coming from peaceful countries like Syria, Afghanistan, Yemen, Nigeria etc......and most of the workers in these hotels are from Pakistan......Now you know why such reputed hotels are not safe.....
I'm 100% sure culprit would be from peaceful community.
