    I love your videos. Thanks so much. I have a question: If I want to make it an exfoliating scrub what should I add?

    • @bettergrowth_
      @bettergrowth_  22 дні тому +1

      Thank you so much!! This is an exfoliating scrub. I added sugar. You can add brown sugar or even coffee grounds, which would be a great exfoliate as well.

    Thank you so much for your wonderful video! Can I use SCI noodles instead of the powder?

      You can. It will melt down when you add it in the water phase on the double boiler!

    Pleaseeee please tell me I can add herbal extracts and to this? If so, how do I do that

    • @bettergrowth_
      @bettergrowth_  6 місяців тому +2

      Yes! You would need water soluble extracts. They would be added during the later stage of the formula.

    Can the btms25 be subbed for another emulsifier? I have btms50 and a few others.

    Hey mentor 😊 question what’s the difference in this one vs the foaming scoop-able one? Is there a difference in emulsifying NF vs BTMS 25? The only difference really I noticed is the emulsifier wax and the new version doesn’t contain the Shea. This version looks more foamy which I loveeeee!!! Going to try it today. 😊❤

    • @bettergrowth_
      @bettergrowth_  9 місяців тому +2

      Yes! So the BTMS 25 helps give more of a conditioning quality to the scrub. Also I wanted to remove the shea butter to remove oiliness. I think that helps it be a lot more foamy then the first one! Which I also Love!! 💕 Let me know what you think when you give it a try!

    I have emulsifyingwax nf on hand but it's BTMS 25 worth the purchase? What's the biggest difference you notice? Another excellent video!

    • @bettergrowth_
      @bettergrowth_  9 місяців тому +2

      Thank you 🙏🏾! BTMS-25 is known as a moisturizing and conditioning emulsifier. Emulsifying wax NF is self-emulsifying wax created to thicken and stabilize a product.
      I'm using BTMS25 to add more of a conditioning element. I think it's worth it.

    What will happen if I omit the btms 25. Don't have on hand

    • @bettergrowth_
      @bettergrowth_  9 місяців тому +1

      You can definitely omit. Emulsifying Wax NF works or BTMS 50 as well for an alternative.

      You can you use other oils instead. Unrefined Coconut oil brings firmness to it as well.
