The pilot did an unusual but a great move against someone who can't even fly a jet because he didn't even know something is coming. I guess american pilots fail when their job is not to bomb civilians. Making maneuvers like this is permissible, it doesn't mean you're a garbage human, it means you're a good pilot but i don't think you know the difference.

No… the f-16 was a reasonable distance from the bomber. In fact, the pilot cold have probably halved the distance if he wanted to. US Air Force pilots, especially out of Alaska are trained to conduct this kind of interception, identification and surveillance mission.

Dogfights rarely happen anymore. Because of the speed and maneuverability of modern-day fighter jets. Plus the advanced radar and long range missiles have made dogfighting almost obsolete. Which by the way was flying illegally in a buffer zone, like they always do, so we have to intercept and peacefully turn them around, whether it was direct orders from the ruZZian high command or error of their untrained pilots. ruZZia are the aggressors here and that Su-35 didn't know how close he came to being slapped with an Aim-9X. People who have no knowledge of aviation will think this was a "cool manoeuvre" but in reality, all it did was cause confusion and chaos and put everyone at risk, the Viper, Flanker and Bear.
