That's 408hp to tire correct? What size injectors? I've got a ls6 out of a 04' zo6 rated 405hp (Prob at crank) Its going in my 99' SS I swapped out the cam with a torquer v2 same as yours. I used to run the cam in my ls1 years back till i moved to cali and needed a smog. But If I remember right I was running outta fuel around 105% @ 6k with the stock injectors and my numbers weren't much lower then yours. I never had the chance to dyno the v2 with bigger injectors
@@Trey_B_fishing Those are good numbers. Rowdy and reliable and fun. The stock 10 bolt should hold up as long as you don't run slicks. Unless it's a stick car like mine then your fucked. I've swapped the rear-end 6 times and only ever had to do 1 brake job on the car lol 8.8s and s60s are over $3k vs $250 bucks and a trip to the junkyard lol
@@hotrod6919 it is a stick car and I run radials for now I’ll be switching to slicks so the rear will probably go. I’ll try and find a used 9 inch or 12 bolt if this blows the rear end. It’s a shame 8.8s are so much because they aren’t so expensive to build it’s just companies make money
@@Trey_B_fishing Well if you can weld. 8.8s are the ticket. Find one off a explorer with tru-track 31 spline 3.73s shorten one side 3'' and the torque arm bracket that welds to the carrier is like $60 or just find 28 spline rear off mustang and marry your 10 bolts axle tube's over to the 8.8 3rd member so you can use your old axles and brakes
@@hotrod6919 I definitely need to do some research on building. Just scares me trying to do it myself I definitely don’t wanna mess with the center section myself
See description for details.
Hel yeah do more vids

Stock injectors here pretty much maxed out at 90% and yes to the tires
