    Oh I think this is the droid I was looking for! WOW! Layer grouping/ungrouping, un-precompose and automatically organize project folders my project folders are going to be my favorite features. Well done!

    Nice work. Big fan of that Empty Cache button; I find myself doing that at least a few times a day

    That looks great! Try Rapid Reel Composer, it has some useful features too. Specially if you wanna quickly edit videos using markers and it will automatically cut it for you.

    The grid tool. Is there a reason that the null wouldn’t be centered to the objects, like in the center of a circle or to the middle item of the squares? Is there a way to make it center by default?

    • @pencilpark
      @pencilpark Місяць тому +2

      We can improve this, the null is a helper to center the grid, but we can center it by default indeed. Let’s update this :)
      Thank you!

      @@pencilpark very cool. not sure how possible choosing the default location would be - a drop down for center/left etc, etc, like the anchor point tool? thanks for listening and for considering :)

    does the logo need to be a vector file to animate shape layers 6:00 . great video bro

      Appreciate the comment! Yes, in this case the vector logo file was made into a shape layer using ‘Overlord’ out of Illustrator (I have a video talking about my Illustrator to AE workflow).
      Then I used Reach to ungroup that shape layer into separate layers.

    Why did the icons move when you used "crop and precompose"? Is this a common issue?

    • @PixelPlanetStudios
      @PixelPlanetStudios  4 дні тому

      It places the precomposed layer in the center of the comp and since the icons were a little off center, they shifted a bit.

    • @pencilpark
      @pencilpark 4 дні тому

      The current behaviour crops and precomposes your objects and center the cropped comp. I think that we can do it differently and let your objects in place. I will push an update ;)

      It is. A bit less responsive than PC if you have thousands of scripts though, because it embeds everything (if you tick the option).
