That looked great 👍 my wife makes a yellow squash casserole with ground deer meat that is great with the vegetables as well. Nothing like backyard deer with backyard vegetables😉🇺🇸

I was in the middle of making pork tenderloin and fresh veggies when I saw this come up! Watched it while everything cooked. Did mine in the oven but the grill looked even better!

Thank You Martin! I'm always looking for another way to serve fresh veggies, and you have alllll my favorites in there. I'm going to try your tenderloin also because I can never cook them so they arn't dry. Hope to see more of your kitchen creations in the future.
That looks good. Might add a little fresh garlic but yours looks perfect.
Justin put a dish towel under your cutting board and it won't slide around.
I've also heard if you put some hot glue on the bottom of the board and let it dry, it will keep it from sliding around as well. But I agree, the towel would be easiest.
I was gonna suggest the same thing. You can really get down when your board is steady.

I always sprinkle a little bit of worcestershire sauce over the top of my veggies when I steam them like that. Try it, you'll like it. Do a small batch as a test. It adds a layer of flavor that is magical. Report back please. 🥸👍

I do the same with veggies except I add bacon and smoked cheese and use duck commander zesty seasoning.

Martin - put a wet paper towel under your cutting board to keep it from moving
Worcester is one of the best conceived ideas in humanity's history. It's good with absolutely anything, whether you use one drop or a whole cup of it, depends on the ratio to whatever your cooking.

Looks good Martin but this way is faster. Mix all veggies and seasoning in a silver mixing bowl. Stir with a wooden spoon to coat evenly. Then add to foil and cook. It’ll save you 20 minutes of prep time. -Chef Phillip

Looks delicious! I just recently began grilling my veggies ( squash, zucchini, onions), and the flavors from the charcoal are amazing. So much better than frying! I'll have to try the peppers & mushrooms, great tip. And you can never go wrong with a pork tenderloin. They're so economical, fast & easy to cook but the bacon sent it over the top. Money!!!

Aw Martin that looks amazing! Youve given me a great idea. Ill make a mini packet outta tinfoil ,layer my veggies in like that and cook it on my George Forman Grill. might not have the smokey flavor but i bet it could work

Any meat will do, mushrooms, new potatoes, red bel pepper, broccoli, salt, pepper, whorchesterire sauce, cover, bake on 350 degrees, bout an hour yum !

Zucchini squash yellow squash and corn cast iron skillet cut squash bite size add corn, tomatoes cook down add slice okra.melt together marry each other,good over rice

So the one I’m looking at has the smoker box on top of the grill plus it is WiFi n Bluetooth built in so u can control the smoker from an app on your phone those r my fave summer veges too Never thought about cooking them on the grill Gotta try it when I get my pit boss Friday!!

Grilled veggies are my favorite, would be even better with a little smoke flavor. I too was raised in the garden and have continued to garden through the years. I was eating a salad with hone grown lettuce, and farm stand purchased tomato and cucumber, plus Garlic Expressions dressing.
More recipes, Martin😊U do a great presentation! I will definately try this, but will alter basic recipe by adding fresh sliced home grown tomatoes as a layer as I love the taste of squash with tomatoes. THANKS 4 an AWESOME Recipe👍
Combine onions,carrots, tomatoes, squash zucchini and yellow, corn and okra Bit butter grill covered,grill steak,cook rice pile smoke smothered down vegetables over your rice

P.S. I have never been able to cook a tender or somewhat juicy pork tenderloin this will be my last try. Bought my hubby a pit boss pro 850 for father's day. Love it.
No lie I just got through fixin that vegetable plate in the kitchen and turned this on. I use the everglades seasoning. Amazing!

wonder if zucchini would be good in it as well. I've already canned 21 jars of pickles and some jalapeño peppers. I have squash and zucchini coming out my ears. Starting to slice and can them too using the family pickle recipe I figured I'd give it a try so I'm not wasting anything.

Looks amazing! I do not have a smoker yet, but I need to try this. Wonder if garlic and red bell peppers would taste good added in? Maybe coconut amino instead of soy sauce (lower sodium and I like it’s soy sauce with a hint of sweetness flavor). What type of wood pellets do you use?
